First time trying their thin crust pizza… and it was very good! The Philly steak pizza is very tasty, but it needs a little more meat! The chicken dippers were good. The downside is that they were not crispy at all. I got them without sauce for this reason and was disappointed. However, their Buffalo sauce is super good! I usually don’t like Buffalo sauce. This was an exception. The oreo bites were okay. The icing was mostly ran off, and they did NOT come with any dip. I would have ordered some if I had known this.

Ordered delivery at Red Roof Inn. Arrived promptly and scalding hot. It burnt my mouth… In a good way! Order now. Delivery driver was overwhelmingly gorgeous.

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on the phone. Was clear about it, too. Got 1 pizza and was charged $10 extra for being directed to a call center, and did not inform me of this extra charge. Woman at the counter refused to make another pizza and blamed me for the order being wrong.

Absolutely the best service I have had ordering from papa John’s. The food was nice an hot. The young lady was extremely nice. Didn’t get her name. The food was delivered on time it said it was gonna be here at 418 to 428pm an it was here at 4pm. Which is great. Thank you if it had a 10 star I would hit 10 stars. Keep up the amazing job.

They finally fixed the website so I could place my order. Let’s just say whoever made my pizzas didn’t do too well. One pizza barley had any sauce if any. The other one was chard and had an awful taste. Neither one of them was cut all the way through. Had to finish cutting them myself. Also paid 50 bucks for them plus delivery. Like what happened? This is not the Papa John’s that I know and love?

Great customer service! Extremely fast & friendly! When we order delivery our food arrives before we expect it every time. When I picked up pizza from them I had my 10 month old with me in a carrier & the nice employees still insisted they help me carry the order out to my car. Our orders are always correct & Papa John’s is one of our favorite pizzas!
