Decent food, delivery people are excellent, whoever puts the sauces in the boxes is either blind or lacks a functioning brain.

I ordered a new york style extra large pizza with extra sauce and canadian bacon and when it got here, it was dry.As if they brushed some sauce on it, didn’t put much cheese on it but did put 22 slivers of Canadian bacon on it and it was cold, it was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. Very disappointed

Pizzas were made quickly and correctly. Everything was perfectly made. We tried the cheeseburger pizza and it was amazing! Their wings are soft and delicious. Staff was super friendly! I wish they delivered further out, but it was worth the drive to pick it up.

I had placed an order for delivery and on arrival the order was wrong and the pizza wasn’t even made with the right ingredients. I contacted the store and they offered to get it right or credit me another pizza for a later date. We chose to have another pizza to be sent as was ordered. Once it arrived it was completely wrong as well. I called the store again as all I wanted was a refund of my purchase. They told me that I would have to bring the pizza back to have my card credited . At this point two hours after the initial order I took the pizza to the store to get my refund. On arrival after looking at the pizza I sat in the location as the mangers didn’t even know how to credit my card for over 20 minutes. They informed me it was Papa Johns policy that they normally don’t give refunds back. Knowing that I will no longer patronize this Papa John’s or this location again.

Ridiculous.. my wife ordered dominoes at the same time as I ordered here. Dominoes was delivered in 45 minutes. I WAITED 2.5 HOURS FOR A PIZZA AND CHEESESTICKS. WOULDNT HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE WITH SOME SORT OF WARNING. A COURTESY PHONE CALL.would be nice, or something on the online order. I know they werent that much busier tyan dominoes to be an hour n a half longer wait. . NO WAY TO RUN THINGS TO NOT LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT A BASIC DELIVERY WILL BE 2.5 HOURS. No one expects a pizza to be an hour at most without SOME SORT of communication. Absolutely ridiculous.and it would been nice to know doordash was bringing it with NO HOT BAG. DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Well went to get a large regular . .the works 23 bucks..and got home, and it was so wet ..at bottom we put in oven . and still the center, was dissolved..very scary..hubby” says look its is all dissolved ” so we threw away…used to be good.. well no more, for me … it was the worst by far.. to have to throw away due to dissolved cooking.longer no work.ewww used 2 be so good.like everything else changes and no longer the best 4 us..

My stuff was delivered through doordash when I ordered off their site. If I wanted some untrained idiot without a hot bag delivering my pizza cold, I would’ve ordered through doordash in the first place; I went out of my way to avoid that. You charge double what any other pizza joint costs and can’t even keep your own drivers on. That’s sad and cheap. Do better.
