I’m a vegan, so, I appreciate the guy that clean cut my pizza for me and delivered to us. My mom and her bf got the NY Style Pepperoni Pizza and loved it!! Just went in to pick up a carryout order and had to stand there for about 10 minutes while I watched all the employees without gloves pick up trash from the floor and then handle pizza and toppings. Once I got my pizza, I told the manager that the fact that his employees were not wearing gloves was very concerning. He stated that they didn’t have to wear gloves because their ovens were really hot. I did not see any evidence of hand sanitizer. Never mind the trash on the floor, they were wiping their noses, unpacking boxes, and everything else, and then just picking up dough and slinging it around. Eat at your own risk!

I ordered a pizza from this location for delivery but unfortunately when I opened the box it was missing the garlic sauce and the pepper that comes with it. Also one side of the pizza was covered in jalapeños so badly it was not edible. Thanks for wasting my money gotta love it….

Ordered 3 large pizzas. Took 2 hrs so I finally called YOU all when you should’ve updated us and once I called only to be told “idk the door dash driver stole them or something sorry” no compensation and still expected to tip the door dash driver? ROFL joke service food is non existent and the atmosphere obviously shows they simply don’t care.

I made a Carry out order for 16 dollars on a deal for a large pizza. Remind you I didn’t pay for the pizza yet. Secs after I made that order, I looked online and seen online the large pizza would be 8.99. So I called back not even 2 to 3 mins later to cancel the previous carry out order, then I could order online. So today they got the nerve to call me and question me if why I cancelled an order that I didn’t even pay for yet . Who are you to question anyone of why they canceled their order. We can do as we please. It’s our order. Y’all’s boss is an idiot to have y’all call everyone back for canceled orders. Get y’all’s stuff together. Bad customer service

I don’t recommend ordering from them! Last time order went to wrong place so had to be remade and redelivered but was still cold. Tonight was a simple order, shaqueroni with jalapeños. When delivery showed up had apparently been dropped, toppings were on the lid of the box but no jalapeños. They charge over 2 dollars to put peppers on half a pizza. Over 35 dollars for a pizza we can’t eat. Manager said they could remake it but be over an hour for delivery. I can see there store from the roof of my house. They say I got one for next time for free, won’t be a next time!! I want my 35 dollars back. I will be talking to corporate tomorrow. I won’t be throwing anymore money away at papa johns!

I was really disappointed with the pizza I was served this evening. I ordered from the store in St. Albans WV. One pizza was well done to the point of not being edible. I couldn’t believe they would sell one that burnt. The other was edible but almost cooked to long making it dry. If they had a no star rating I would have picked it. I didn’t have the time to call and wait for another order.
