The service from the younger man who was running the cash register was great but he ended up leaving to do deliveries and my plan was to tip him but the crew in the back whew minus the guy doing the dough he was in his own lane my crust was a lil flimsy lol but yes said I wouldn’t go back but ended up trying just to get a freebie and it was not worth it. Now the person who came in from doing deliveries ( the only one wearing a mask) was cool too. But they obviously didn’t want or like my money. But not all the two delivery drivers who were briefly on the register had great customer service.

I got my pizza through door dash so I can’t speak on service. I can speak on quality though every time I get pizza from this location it is awful. The dough is always not cooked. There is a big difference in the quality at this location and Timberlake. Someone needs to retrain this entire staff. The pizza is awful

So I worked at Papa John’s waayyyy back when they first started out. The pizza then was absolutely yummy!! Things have changed since then and imo, it’s just not good anymore. They are still very popular, just not my thing. Way to pricey for what you get. For me, it just tastes like cardboard. I’ll pass.

The pizza a service here is always good. But delivery can be spotty. When they have enough people to do the deliveries it’s good. But sometimes they have to use doordash an it’s a disaster. You might want to check with store before ordering. If there gonna use doordash I’d suggest going an picking it up yourself.

Throughly unhappy with the service I received. I placed an order online and didn’t realize that I placed the order for immediate pick up instead of a later time. Called to fix the situation and was rudely placed on hold. My wife called and was told they’d remake it at the time I originally wanted. Picked up the pizza and it was barely warm. I want my money back for being lied to by management.
