This place sucks. I had a veteran appointment and couldn’t eat until I was done. I ordered a pizza at 10:23. The General manager Maurice was rude as hell. For one the order was placed before they closed. I was hungry and didn’t want McDonald’s wanted something not processed because that’s what made me have to have my procedure. He really shouldn’t be in charge of anything with nasty customers service. He said he started to cancel my order because he didn’t want to do his job. He too busy making googlie eyes with his female co-worker. The disrespect he had for any armed services member is unacceptable and he needs to be fired asap.

Thank you guys at the Bedford, Va. Papa John’s!! Ordered a Hawaiian and one with the works. Delicious. Well done. Could not possibly ask for anything more than two very nice pizzas. I have been to this store before and had a good experience. Time to leave yall a good review! Thanks again.

Placed order online. My husband picked it up. Did not look at it. Was suppose to be extra cheese, lite sause. We got mostly puffed up dough. For $17.00
I called to ask for them to make it right. The person( manager on duty Gary) hung up on me. Called back , he picked up phone hung it up. Called again then he answered phone yelling at me that he was by hisself and I was blowing up his phone and that he would remake the pizza. I went to talk to him about it and get the replacement. He was very rude yelling at me. When I showed him the picture of pizza and told him it was not Papa John quality . He told me to stop telling him how to do his job. Told me to leave the store. I asked for GMs number and name he called me a dumb ass.
The other employee gave me a bogus number for GM.
I order from here every week because its one of the only things my grandson will eat. But I guess not anymore.

Advertise for chicken Alfredo but when you get the bowl with nothing but a thin layer of cheese and chicken and no pasta, you get really disappointed. Might be my bad for not throughly reading but I mean come on, chicken Alfredo has pasta won’t be ordering from there again. Driver was cool tho. Glad I left him a 25% tip.

Service was good. Staff were friendly. Price is INSANE! $68 AFTER A $12 discount for using AI ordering! This is not a specialty, privately owned pizzeria. This is a cookie cutter national franchise. 3 large and 1 small pizzas would have been $80!!!! Papa John’s will definitely be seeing us far less now.

I ordered a shaqaroni said it would be ready at 5:50 PM I got in the store.
Said they hadn’t started it yet at 550 be 20 or 30 minutes and the guy that was making the pizza said he would make it now and it’ll be 10 minutes he never made it. And then it was 10 minutes after 6.
And he asked the guy, did he make the pizza? And he said no, he forgot, he said he was making it right then he tells me. Well, do you want some other top because we don’t have no pepperonis? I won’t be back very disappointed

EDIT: I was contacted by the manager. She offered for me to come back to the location to receive the correct pizza. I’m not normally out that way so she went above and beyond and made arrangements with a store closer to home for me to go in and get the correct pizza. My original review was only two stars, I am adding an extra two stars now that the issue has been addressed and resolved.
Added 2 stars for the delivery time and the awesome delivery guy. But the pizza itself wasn’t good because they left off ingredients. Customer service was bad too because when I called to let them know the issue their version to make it better was to send out a cup with the left out ingredients to put on top of a pizza that would be cold by then. And they tried arguing with me that the pizza wouldn’t be cold by then. (Their store was close to my delivery location, but I was outside, it was windy, and I could feel the pizza already getting cold. Why would they argue about that?)
Great and timely delivery guy. Poor everything else. Won’t order from here again, should have given another option to fix their mess up.

Stopped by to pick up a pizza 2/16/24
Little did I know that the store just got slammed with several large Muti pizza orders. 10+ pizzas per order.
Even though they got a bit behind, what I watched for the next hour is complete teamwork!! Not only did they get the large orders completed, the team cleared the boards above the prep station. A++++

Got there to pick up my pizza and they handed me a pizza off the counter. When I got home the kids told me it was cold and I called to question about it and they told me I would have to call back to speak with the owner (Tuesday) and they could do nothing about it unless I brought back 90% the cold pizza. I had two hungry kids when I got home, so I heated it up.

Update to store response: I placed my order at 6:42 and it told me 40 minutes. I arrived to pick it up at 7:25 and I live 10 minutes from the store. When I called I was told I had to bring 90% of the pizza back for it to be remade….obviously the kids were eating it because they were hungry. I did not hang up on anyone, I told them I did not have 90% of it to bring back (I did have half of it left). I was not offered any other compensation. Not the customer service you should provide. We will definitely take our business elsewhere.
