Ordered and paid for order before store opened. Asked for delivery an hour after the store opened. Typed in specific delivery instructions because there’s an upstairs and downstairs here. Papa Tracker kept saying come back for live map after it said my order was on the way. Then it said delivered. I waited for my order and it never came to my door. After about 15 minutes, the people upstairs said they heard banging at their door to come outside and find my order sitting in front of their door. I called the store and the manager said the drivers are trained to go to the main door and I said it’s a door on the bottom and up the stairs. She also said she printed the ticket and there was no delivery instructions on the ticket smh.
She said was there anything wrong with the order and I said yeah, it’s cold from being delivered without my knowledge. She had this well you got your food type of attitude and I said it’s ok I’ll contact corporate and she laughed and hung up the phone smh. Customer service was unprofessional and delivery driver didn’t care. Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings barely had Garlic Parmesan on them and Pizza had a big burnt bubble on it. Beware of this store because their customer service skills is horrible. Yeah I said it!!!

Ordered yesterday, order# 1237157213, and ordered the 5cheese garlic crust pizza custom with pep and green peppers on all, mushroom on half, on my way home. I chose pickup from here because it was on the way. Stopped and shopped for my Grandma while the tracker said it was cooking. Went into the store when the tracker said ready, but the cashier said it would be 2 or 3 more minutes. I went back to my car to explain to my Twin and waited the 3 minutes. Went back inside and the cashier said there was no order in my name and shrugged when I said he had just told me it was 3 minutes more, 3 minutes before. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, so I asked for his boss and he gave me a # and called on the next customer. I stormed out and went back to my car to get my phone and verify my order was for this store and not showing picked up. I went back inside the store to call the # given and was told it was meant for him only, not for customers, and to have him call for help. He avoided calling and tried to address the next customer but I cut in and apologised, that the call was expected right now. Even so, this guy stuck by saying the order wasn’t there for Remy… so for the 5th time I spelled REMMY and someone handed me the pizza! Imagine my relief and how it turned to disappointment when I got home and the pizza had no 5 cheese garlic crust… I wasn’t going to write a review but I wanted to try that pizza crust, that is why I ordered it! Please give me a free pizza just like the one I was supposed to get, without all the hassle, that would be great and worth a better review.

If you like Papa John’s, this is my favorite in the area as it usually has better pies, and the employees do a good job even at the end of the night. As far as atmosphere: it’s a Papa John’s. I think we can agree that is not what the chain is known for.

Today was my last time using this business. This store is not managed at all. The pizzas are poorly made and can not even be properly remade. You can not get anyone to help you as far as any management. And this level of operation is consistent and has just gotten worse. This is not from one bad experience but a plethora of them at this establishment.
Don’t waste your time or your money. If you want Papa John’s you need to go out of your way to save yourself money and headache.

I used to love ordering pizza here but dough tastes different and they are not putting enough tomato sauce on pizza anymore even when I choose extra sauce option. Last time I ordered pizza many bites were pure cheese without any tomato sauce on it.

I understand that Friday night’s can be busy, but honestly I can’t find much at all positive to say about my experience. On hold for over 5 minutes. Ordered a large supreme – mushrooms & olives. And wings well done with buffalo sauce on the side. $ 40 for this? Smh Never Again!

The general manager of this Papa John’s is disrespectful and does not know how to handle business. A simple credit on an account for a mistake they made on our order was unable to be handled correctly. The manager initially was not willing to make adjustments and leave off an ingredient on a pizza. Then when we complained abour this and demanded our order be made as requested (leaving off pinapple) said “I don’t care” but would make the adjustment as she talked back rudely to the customer. It was shocking how this was handled.

They use creepy door dash drivers. I ordered 2 pizzas. He kept one of my pizzas and gave me one. But an hour later the same door dash driver returned with a cold pizza. The store gave me a refund for one of the pizzas
