Manager thinks they can control how doordash drivers dress. I am NOT a Papa John’s employee and have the right to dress freely. After speaking to doordash, they agreed that I am considered a customer picking up an order and as long as I follow the “shirt and shoes” policy that exists in most public places, there is no other reason regarding clothes that I should keep me from picking up my orders. I’ve reported this store to both doordash and Papa John’s corporate. You don’t get to control how a customer dresses.

Manager literally hung up on because I asked for fresh food. App said they left 30 min before and still wasnt here. Called to find out they were putting mine last when I was closest. Was told I could go to his competition because he didn’t know how to resolve and upset customer. Hopefully the manager he’s supposedly training has more tact and ability to talk to the people paying him.

Ordered using the app which gave updates on the order fulfillment. Pizzas were done quickly and quality was great. The specials prices were competitive. Drive up window pickup was a bonus and staff was very friendly. Will be back!

Didn’t call me when he came up to deliver, and got the order completely wrong. I ordered Pepperoni, and they gave me half meat lovers, half cheese. And the person who answered the call was extremely rude and insinuated I was in the wrong when I never received a call from the delivery driver letting me know he was here. I have usually had good experiences, but this time leaves me super annoyed and not wanting to order from here again.
