They are and have been so short staffed for the past 6 months or more. Higher up should send them some help by now. Hire. Someone. It should not only be two people running the store every night, let alone on a weekend. Love papa John’s but guess I’m going to dominoes for better quality food and less of a wait.

It has been quite awhile since we had pizza from Papa John’s. The main reason was location and another pizza place was closer to where we lived. However, we recently moved and they’re ten minutes away.
The Zesty Italian Specialty Pizza sounded appealing and everything about it was delicious including the crust, toppings, cheese and oh that garlic butter sauce.
We had high expectations from several other pizza restaurants in the area only to be very disappointed.
You can say what you want about chain pizzas but this is the best we have had and feel like we got our money’s worth.
We even got 25% off.
Thank you for making our Saturday night movie and pizza a real treat!
We will be back for more!

Honestly kinda tired of them using doir dash. Between them not putting it it the right spot, and it being impossible to get a refund when they forget things. I hate it. (The past 3 time they have forgotten my drink and I can get a refund since neither company wants to deal with it). Pretty over it.

Dominos was closed on Christmas Eve so we opted for Papa John’s. All toppings are in the middle and the pizza overall is a disappointment.

The last two times I’ve gotten food from here, my pizza has an inch and a half of crust and barely any toppings. Used to be amazing.

The pizza is always delicious and correct and the employees are very friendly…but I wish they would stop using door dash for their deliveries. One driver brought their dog with them on the delivery, and walked their dog on the lawn without picking up after the dog. Placed an order last night and the delivery driver had to call me a few times because the door was locked….. I left the door code in the delivery instructions. That’s happened a few times where the driver has called me because the door was locked, even though I gave them to door code. Does door dash not pass on delivery instructions? Either way, I wish PJ would go back to using their own delivery drivers. Also, when door dash delivers the order, it takes almost twice as long to get to me.

So I just have to drop on and edit this review because of the man who was working on Tuesday I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you were working alone my mom was craving pizza so we called in an order and it was the best pizza we’ve gotten from this location in a long time which is saying alot about this nice guy who was working solo out order was correct and delicious and he didn’t complain at all…. Old review we went here to get pizza usually it’s decent tonight however was a different story ordered two the works and one bacon pizza one of the works had everything on it the other one had alota olives but no meat of any kind a hunk of green pepper and nothing else does this look like a the works pizza and multiple people were working who continued to complain but couldn’t get our order correct

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Found metal in my pizza. Wife contacted store and went to show them what I had bitten into. The manager said oh that looks like a piece of our pan like it was no big deal. Told my wife they would refund the money and that has yet to happen. I understand things happen but I’m completely unsatisfied how it was handled by Papa John’s. I wish I had taken a picture of it to give better visual but was in chewed up pizza.

Probably the best of the chain pizza joints however tell me why I have a coupon for 2 pizzas for 25 bucks but the total is 47. I will say the employee was super sweet however she was overwhelmed and the only one there at the time. In her mist of trying to hurry she pulled my pizza to soon so when I got home to eat it it was soggy and just blah. However this isn’t the case all the time but for $50 for 2 pizzas you would think they would be better.
