Normally the pizza is good at this location but tonight my husband brought home a cold pizza with either no sauce or perhaps a tablespoon. I strongly suspect someone refused this pizza since my husband’s Papadias is fine. Mine is inedible! This is the first time this has happened. Very disappointed.

My mom and I love this place! Chris is totally awesome. The food is always consistent, hot, fresh, and delicious. We never have to wait long for our pizzas when we carry out, even if we ask for “well done”. 10/10, highly recommend.

I truly wish that I could leave 0 stars . Placed a order online to use the tracker to have a nice hot pizza for dinner. The estimated time was 20-30 minutes, no big deal. I watched the prep happen, then moved into the baking process. Again no big deal. The 20 minutes passed, then it was 30 minutes, then 40. Went to the store to pickup my pizza. I asked the cashier if there was a issue with the app and she replied that ” They have no control over that “. I thought that was the process for the tracker. I have no clue as to when my pizza was done but had I not arrived to check on it, I guess that I wouldn’t have any dinner. When I paid with my card , she told me to choose one of the options for tip. I chose 0% which made her make a face and curl her nose at me. I have had a bad experience once before at this Papa John’s. Figured that I would give them one more chance. THIS IS A MISTAKE THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!

Had a craving for a pizza on my way home from a meeting. I stopped in, met the nicest young lady manager. She was personable and friendly. I will be going there again and again. The one thing I missed with my pizza was the peperoncini. I guess they forgot it, or it isn’t supplied with a medium pizza. Thanks guys and gals, keep up the good work.

Ordered the Calzone stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni. The pizza was OK. The only issue I had was that they didn’t cut it all the way through, so I was ripping and tearing pieces off.. I was at a hotel, so didn’t have access to a knife to cut it better… nor did I feel I should have to go look for one. Ordering and Delivery were good and timely.

Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews! I have ordered from here twice in a week (both pick up and delivery). I ordered the new Oreo Papa Bites, Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites, Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza, cheesesticks, and a Philly Cheese Papadia. Everything was absolutely delicious and just how I ordered it! This location uses DoorDash for delivery. I had no issues. It was delivered on time, still hot (live 15 minutes away) and the driver was very polite. In regards to pick up, my order was ready when it said it would be and the employees were attentive when I walked in. If I really had to nit-pick at something, it would be that the icing for the Oreo Papa Bites (bought 3 extra) was filled less than half the way. Not great, but it’s not a deal breaker. As mentioned, the food was fantastic and I personally have no complaints with this location!

Ordered a pizza on line and when I showed up to pay for it the two guys was arguing about something. When the pizza was ready the guy just threw the pizza on the counter. They don’t deserve a job yet alone to be making something as in important as a pizza.

I was traveling and stopped at the best western and figured the easiest thing was delivery and decided to give papa John’s a shot as it has always been good for me. Online it said it would take about an hour to get delivered but to my surprise it was delivered within 25 minutes. The delivery lady followed my directions and was very friendly upon delivery. The pizza was delicious and I was very happy. Best pizza I’ve had at papa John’s.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza to compensate for the last pizza taking so long to be delivered. I chose to give them a second chance so I used the coupon and placed another order. This time my order took 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Keep in mind the store is only 2 miles down the road from me) when I called to find out where my order was, the manager said that the driver took the pizza deliveries out of sequence and mine was on its way. He assured me that it would still be hot. When I finally got the pizza, it was not even warm but COLD! Was his window rolled down?!? Not even an apology for the issues. Yea, it will be Domino’s from now on!
