So I wish I could give negative stars… this was the worst experience. I spent $70 on food and left a tip. My garlic bread was burnt to a crisp, my pizza was not cooked and still doughy and not to mention the lack of customer service. The woman working was throwing the phone as she answered and being blatantly rude to customers. Needless to say I will never spend my money here again.

Extremely mean older woman was behind the counter yesterday. Order food on line went to pick it up and they forgot to make it. Said they would have it ready in 15 minutes and was watching them and 10 minutes later they had not started to make it ask again and i got talked to like a dog. Never again!!!!

Poor order management! I’ve worked at Papa John’s myself, and have been a faithful customer for nearly two decades. The pizza is great, but this particular location disappointed. We put in an order online early for pickup. The order was actually for a family member as a special treat since their planned visit had to be cancelled.
30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, she called to ensure that the order would be available at the scheduled time, and was promised that it would be available for pickup on time, as it was the only order they had.
Thirty minutes later, when she went to pick it up, she was told that they had suddenly become busy in the meantime, and that their order wouldn’t be ready for another hour.
This is unacceptable, and even if it hadn’t been ruining our special time for two families being separated by an unfortunate event, it would still be an unacceptable response to a sudden rush.
This rush suddenly cropping up over the course of 30 minutes should not have usurped an order that had been placed in advance (which had been confirmed 30 minutes earlier to be the only order), and the longest wait there should have been at that point should have been the requisite 15 minutes to prepare and bake the previously-ordered and promised pizzas, not an hour so that orders placed afterwards could be handled.
A mistake was made, and the response may have kept this location from having several other orders suddenly have a minor delay (which looks better in the system), and allow them to mark ours as a cancelled order. Unfortunately, the expense that doesn’t show up in the system is two families whose special time (already only necessary in such a form due to unfortunate circumstances) that would have been held together by a shared Papa John’s experience instead being further ruined by mismanagement at this location.
Looking at some other reviews, it seems that this location has had some other mismanagement in the past, so perhaps corporate should schedule a visit and see to how this site is handling things: in particular their online orders and response to what should be an anticipated rush (being a holiday).

The pizza is good depending on who is working. Can take a little while to be seen sometimes and the price is expensive. Why I give this place 1 star is because of internal issues and that the employees are usually getting extra shifts/hours/responsibilities. It’s easy to blame the employees or the managers but i say its because they are on a shoestring budget and can’t profit enough to justify enough hirings at good wages. It turns into a revolving door with good pizza and unlucky employees who get customers angry but are trying their best with the amount of stuff they have to do during a lunch/dinner rush alone.

The 2 employees working didn’t acknowledge me until about 5 minutes after I walked up to the counter….the male looked at me and didn’t say anything.
It’s been about 20 minutes and my order is STILL NOT CONPLETE. Took about 20 minutes after them acknowledging me to even see if my order was ready. And now I have to wait on my 2nd pizza to be cooked. I will not be ordering from here in the future.

I’ve been here twice. The first time dumb and dumber was working. I called my pizza in, arrived 20 minutes later and still had to wait 45 minutes! The second time one guy was working and he was pumping pizzas out left and right. He restored my faith in this location. Thank you sir!
