Poor order management! I’ve worked at Papa John’s myself, and have been a faithful customer for nearly two decades. The pizza is great, but this particular location disappointed. We put in an order online early for pickup. The order was actually for a family member as a special treat since their planned visit had to be cancelled.

The pizza is good depending on who is working. Can take a little while to be seen sometimes and the price is expensive. Why I give this place 1 star is because of internal issues and that the employees are usually getting extra shifts/hours/responsibilities. It’s easy to blame the employees or the managers but i say its because they are on a shoestring budget and can’t profit enough to justify enough hirings at good wages. It turns into a revolving door with good pizza and unlucky employees who get customers angry but are trying their best with the amount of stuff they have to do during a lunch/dinner rush alone.

I’ve been here twice. The first time dumb and dumber was working. I called my pizza in, arrived 20 minutes later and still had to wait 45 minutes! The second time one guy was working and he was pumping pizzas out left and right. He restored my faith in this location. Thank you sir!

I was there tonight 3/28/20 at 7:25. I wanted a pizza and the attached said they didn’t have any, and they close at 8:00 and they need time to clean up. The hand writing sign said they close at 8 00. Should the attached serve customers until 8 as posted? This is not good customer service.

Not just here, but Pizza Hut and Domino’s have turned me off…Looking at how dirty and scruffy many of the employees are with facial hair, arm hairs, sometimes no hair nets or caps that adequately cover their heads/hair, no gloves, sneezing, coughing, and using the same cutter to cut ALL pizzas without cleaning it off…Pizza making is nasty overall.
