For being in a rough neighborhood, the employees manage to always have a level head! We visit this store often because they know what they are doing when it comes to making pizzas!! Thanks for a great meal! Sorry I forgot to take pictures, it just means the food was that good!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Ordered pizza cheese bread and wings online. We received a completely different pizza with no wings or cheese bread. Called the store and was hung up on before my order was refunded. I called back multiple times and they would not answer the phone. I called from a completely different phone number before they finally answered. Than the same female picks up the phone and starts yelling at me because they don’t do their job correctly. I will never call or order from this store again and I am reporting all this to corporate!!

I never got my pizza after waiting an hour and a half they moved my order to DoorDash then back to delivery it showed out for delivery for about 30 minutes ,but never came.The service was horrible.

Ordered a pizza at 5:55 with a delivery time of 6:39 – 6:49. I received my pizza after 7pm and it was cold. Tried calling the store for a refund several times with no answer. Contacting corporate office Monday morning. Never again!!

Just wanted to say that when I went to pick up my carry out order, one of the young men working there gave me my pizza (quite promptly, I should add) opened the door for me, and then when I reached my car, I noticed he had waited until I got there to go back to work, making sure I’d gotten across the lot safely. I thought that was very sweet.
The pizza was also good!

I buy their pizza often and my last three orders over an almost two month span has significantly decreased in quality. I was hoping the first time was just a one time bad quality but then it happened two more times. The pizzas have become dry and seemingly over cooked. I understand if you have a new cook- a solution for me would be less cool time and more sauce.

This specific Papa John’s store needs a little help. We ordered on the app for pickup and when the food was supposed to ready I went to the store to pick it up. They weren’t even aware of the order. There was another customer in there who was also waiting for their pickup order and the employees had only made half of her order. It was a very busy night but it seems like the employees just had no idea about how to efficiently get orders out. There was no discernable system to get from “order received” to “order out”. 2 customers came and ordered at the register while I was waiting for my food (that the app said was already complete) and received their orders before I received mine. The food was what you expect from any Papa John’s. It was good, but the absolute train wreck that is the service there is really disappointing.

Just moved to a area where this Papa John’s delivers and my family and I are already impressed by the excellent customer service, speed of service, and delicious pizza. We called and the guys were very nice and made sure we got everything we asked for such as condiments. They will definitely get our service because we love pizza. Thank you
