Ive been such a supporter of this store. Ive never been without my sauces i order. Drinks I order. Everything has been perfect. Until the last TWO time I’ve attempted to order in 3 weeks. (We are weekly regulars)
First time we were burned was our normal cash order. They said they called, I missed it. I called right back, while standing outside. No answer. We’ve never had a driver not be able to find our unit and deliver, so this was already out of the norm. We call the store to see what’s up and they tell us the driver came back due to no contact and the store is now closed. Bring you to tonight, we put our order in before 11:30, get the confirmation its being made. Tracker is live. We did credit payment this time with 25% tip in hopes itll motivate the delivery. We get notified at supposing delivery time that our order is canceled. We try to call to see what is going on and we get, “thank you for calling papa John’s how can I help you?” *click* we call back “sorry we are closed”
Did we get hung up on? Cant help but assume so! Ive been so loyal since I found a chain pizza place that always got it right. Idk if yall got new staff, management, or whatever. But someone who generally loves PJs and a delivery service that actually delivers, im so sad. Im so unbelievable disappointed and sad. Yall have been such a sensory pleasure and a mental delight when I ordered and it was perfect. Last 2 times I’ve tried to order and I got zero food

I would like to shout out the young man that was working the morning of February 13th. I called to the store and the young man that answered was very helpful. what had happened was y’all‘s Competition that starts with a D. Promised me that they could fulfill my needs. But when I called they said if I needed delivery it would be delivered in an hour to an hour and 30 minutes. I had 16 three-year-olds waiting for pizza to be delivered. But I wanna thanks the young men at Papa John’s for making my three-year-olds happy.

I ordered through the Papa John app. Delivery was within the given window. The delivery driver was professional and polite. It wasn’t until we sat down to eat and opened the boxes, that we found the issues. The first one was small. They forgot the pizza sauce for the bacon breadsticks we ordered. The second issue is what made me want to post this. On a pepperoni, pineapple and banana pepper pizza, they forgot the pepperonis. One of the top 3 toppings in the US and they forgot it…..disappointing.

There isn’t really atmosphere at a pick-up only pizza location. The pizza was ready just a little earlier than the expected time and was ready when we got there. It tasted fresh and it wasn’t salty or greasy. The garlic butter dipping cup was good with the crust.

My dad went to pick up my pizza order today and was met with horrible customer service. He waited in the lobby before being greeted for 5 minutes, and workers were rude when they did finally arrive. Very disappointed.

Our delivery was on time, hot and tasted amazing!
Our delivery driver (I didn’t catch her name) made the no contact delivery easy! She waited patiently for me to put our dog up before opening the door.

Always order from here tonight was the last straw .. how you deliver the pizza with the garlic busted in the box . When I call about it I get a I don’t care attitude.. well I can sent you out another garlic.. gross.How about a new order, so disrespectful I won’t be ordering from this one again. Papa John’s is alway the go to for me for my family. I ordered two pizzas and a Papa Bowl (Keto). The bowl was huge and I couldn’t eat all of it. It is a little on the spicy side(the one with all the meats) but it’s not too bad if you like spicy food. Overall good experience, good food and my family was fed.
