Not sure if it’s just this location or just Papa John’s pizza in general but our food was not great at all. We ordered the bacon cheese sticks (which were actually the only good thing we ordered), a large buffalo chicken pizza (was very dry and gross overall), and a pan pizza (wasn’t very good and was very sloppy when put together). We’ve ordered from here a few times and it has never been really good. Unfortunately, I think we’re done here and will continue to order pizza from Victoria’s (our favorite!) or Dominos (our quick and easy when kids have friends over). The sad part was that our meal tonight was $50 (after discount deals) and it didn’t even come close to tasting like $50 worth of food. For that amount I can order a few high quality pizzas from Victorias and drive a few minutes further down the road.

Pizza was great! Had a great timely delivery and everything was smooth per usual, then papa johns called me back and said my payment had an error and they needed to resubmit. I of course being a honorable person told the employee my card info so he could resubmit. He was taking orders and could hear him talking to coworkers. Woke up this morning to two charges to my debit for car rentals from turo. So I guess if you want a place that has workers who will literally steal your money and card information this is the place to go. As for me, last time ever. As for my bank account, getting reimbursed, as for employee will file charges. If nothing else is done I will institute the FAFO clause.

At 9 months pregnant I ordered online for the convenience of not having to get up, I chose “cash” which is an option for delivery. Nowhere on the site did it say that they do not carry change or that they dont accept 50$ dollar bills. So here I go waiting an hour and change for my food to arrive, totaling 30$ TIP INCLUDED. So ofcourse Im not thinking getting back 20 would be a big deal. The delivery driver shows up and says to me I cant take a 50$ I dont have change for that due to the order before you being cash as well. It’s also against our security policy. Im like so I just waited for my food with no knowledge that at 1pm broad day afternoon you dont have 20$ to give back to me. She goes Ill call my manager, they left me with the option to pay with a credit card over the phone as if I wouldn’t have done that when I ordered online originally if I wanted that to be an option for myself before this occurrence. I then call the store and explain my situation, at 9 months pregnant do you know how frustrating it is to expect your food and still not eat for rules and regulations that are NOT expressed anywhere on the site! “CASH shouldn’t be an option if the stipulations of retrieving change aren’t explained. I am so pissed and the manager that I called to speak with was very unprofessional as well! Threatening to hang up on me, because I called with my complaint. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

The app said the pizza was ready, but they said it was still in the oven and it would be 10 minutes. Slightly annoying, but no big deal. We finally got the pizza, but it was a medium instead of a large. :/ We didn’t want to wait for another one to bake, so we just kept it. I think we’ll be choosing a different Papa John’s from now on.

Ordered boneless, BBQ chicken wings. Looks like someone threw 8 frozen chicken nuggets in a plastic container and drizzled about an ounce of BBQ over them. Not a single wing is covered with sauce. They also taste like they’re still thawing. Terrible and a waste of money.

I ordered pizza and got a smash pizza… we couldn’t even eat from it because everything was stick to each other and looked disgusting!!!!!
When I called them, they were close and when I call day after, they told me they can’t refund me because it’s a new day!!!! While I’m try to explain that they were close and my order was night before – so it’s not even 24 hours after!!!!
The manager was very rude! Bad customer service I ever had!!! I know how business works, and it’s not that way!!!
She continued to tell me that she can’t give me my money back.
Last night my family stayed hungry because of you!!!! They don’t care about nothing! I paid them for throwing my pizza away!
Such a shame.
I will never again order from you. You lost a good customer.

Ordered from here many of times their Pizza food has never let me down it’s always hot and fresh made correctly and always delivered with a smile sorry I didn’t 5-star y’all sooner I thought I had given you all of you. We ordered pick up, wings and garlic knots. The wings were submerged in oil, marinara sauce was cold as ever and the Knots tasted doughy. We had to take back and got a refund. NEVER AGAIN

I live less than quarter mile from store. Delivery driver went in opposite direction first then Delivered to me. She forgot drink that was ordered, she did go back to store and bring back drink. Pizza was less than warm. In fact, had to warm up with microwave. I did call store and mgr. said it wasn’t her store and they only had one driver. She apologized and ask if there was anything to do to make it right. I did not take her up on the offer. Don’t think I’ll be ordering pizza from them again. Lee T.

Absolutely amazing Papa John’s location. They are always friendly, the food is always fresh and amazing hot temp. I’ve burned my mouth more than once on this pizza! We never have to wait long to pick up the order. Their wings are amazing also. We have never had an incorrect order here. My ONLY complaint is that getting out of their parking lot back into traffic can be difficult. That is not their fault though, just how it is at this location. If you want good food, eat here!
