I ordered a pepperoni New York style pizza which looked like it was driven over by a rolling press and the cinnamon pull apart weren’t even hot. Icing still stiff as it just came out the fridge. I also had wings, cheesebread and another pizza which came out fine. However when I call the store he tells me he will refund the money for the 2 items yet only returned the money for the pull parts. The “manager” male that took my call was dismisive and not even concerned about the poor service. So disappointing on mothers day. I wont be ordering from this store again.

Order papa johns tonight the pizza was great the bowl was not. I am doing keto and i expected a full bowl of sauce cheese and veggies. What i got was a thin congealed layer of bowl ingredients that barely filled the bowl. It literally looked like someone took a large cold slice of pizza and slid the toppings into a bowl. When I called no apology. She just offered me a free bowl next time. So I am stuck with a cold bowl of pizza toppings that is so thin it’s crusty. Delivery driver was great.

I’ve given these people a dozen chances. Today was 4th time i had to call request a money back because they cant make the most basic of orders. (never mind other times i let it go) Extra sauce, well done, normal cut. Not extra sauce, not well done and not cut through. When asked what managers full name was, so i could follow up with corporate i was told ” i am not going to give you my name” … where do you people find these kids to run your stores????

My buffalo chicken pizza wasn’t supposed to have onions, they make me sick, but they were there. As you can see in the photo only half the pizza was covered. Half of the pizza was bare bread.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza. There was so little sauce that it was dry. The pepperoni was mainly on one side. The grease from the cheese and pepperoni were the only source of moisture.
I also ordered a custom pizza. It also lacked sauce. My son can’t have cheese so I asked for a little hot sauce drizzled on top. Obviously cheese is the most expensive component, but that was apparently too much to ask. Once again the toppings were skewed to the side.
It was entirely disappointing. We each basically got half a pizza and some bread sticks.

Service is horrible at this location. I faced bad service incidents twice in two consecutive weeks. First incident, when I went to pickup my pizza there was a young kid with red beats headset told it would be ready in ‘2 minutes’ but I had to wait for 20 minutes and if he had told the truth I would have left and completed other errands. Second incident, I paid extra for ‘garlic dipping sauce’ for my cheeseticks and garlic knot and the same kid with red beats headset was delivering the pizza. I asked him to make sure to keep ‘garlic dipping sauce’ for my order and he confirmed he kept it. When I came home found it has no garlic dipping sauce for both my orders. Based on these incidents, I lost trust in this place. I hope management reviews these incidents and fix this issues for other future customers because they lost one loyal customer today.

Ordered a original crust pizza, when I got my pizza the crust was thin and burnt. I called the restaurant and the man on the phone said he could TRY to remake it but it’s going to come out the SAME way and he doesn’t know why it would be burnt smh uh well it’s burnt. But worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from ANY papa johns location!
