Cold pizza, pizza was made poorly as well. Very disappointing. I always tip well also. Maybe not now. I only live like 2 miles away too. The packers of the pizza should have called for a remake.

Ordered a pizza 2 days ago that was poorly made. I asked for extra sauce and the pizza still looked and tasted dry. I was given a credit to get another pizza made. I used the credit 2 days later to have the exact same problem. I pointed out one large spot (of many) to the manager who said “it’s just in that one spot ” which it was not. All she could offer was another credit, but why would I want that for them to keep making poorly made pizzas. I have lived in deep creek since 1994 and they used to have well made and really tasty pizza, not anymore, well not this one anyway. Somebody from a more successful store needs to show this store how to properly make their pizzas and how to conduct business, another customer lost.

Absolutely horrible! This store used to have pretty decent delivery but then after several very late deliveries (30 minutes or more over the projected delivery time) I was like “nope I’m not going to order from them for a while” well today I thought “you know it’s been several months lets give it a try” and nothing but disappointment. They left the food outside my door in the cold without knocking on my door or calling my phone to let me know it’s arrived. I will NEVER order from this store again! Oh and forget about customer service, they’re rude or don’t answer. So just a heads up beware of this papa johns.

Zero stars if available. Order placed, 20 minutes past delivery window call and m told order still 20 minutes out. Short staffed as the common excuse. This place, along with all other pizza delivery places are a joke for their customer service.

Very disappointed this time with papa John’s. This is half the pizza but just imagine the whole pizza looking like this…. I asked for light sauce and regular cheese and I got extra sauce and light cheese… not happy at all. And usually it’s not like this, so yeah I’m kinda disappointed…

Placed an order for four pizzas with various fixings, plus an order of wings. All pizzas and wings came exactly as ordered, and everyone was happy with food! Ordered online, and it was ready before I could get there!

These guys are always great. Delivery is always iffy because traffic around here can be a nightmare but they’re always nice and super fast for pickup and 99% of the time I’m convinced the drivers do their best with what we’ve got.
