I’ve had two bad experiences with this restaurant. The first one was a couple of months ago, the pizza was good, but the brownie was hard as a rock, and the delivery driver was rude. I called the store, and talked to the manager Tim. He said that he will give me a credit for the brownie, and he refunded me my tip that I gave the driver. I told him thank you, and he said I could you the credit at anytime. Tonight, I decided to use the credit, the kid that answered the phone was a rude because I asked to use my credit. He was laughing thinking it was a joke, very immature. However, I asked for the manager, and Rachel answered the phone I explained to her the situation, and she gave me the brownie. I ordered a half(cheese) and half(the works) pizza with extra sauce- there wasn’t any. The pizza only had two pieces of the works and the rest cheese. The brownie was soft. I work hard for my money, and I will not come back to this Papa John’s. I hope this restaurant get workers who are professional, and mature.

Ordered delivery thru ap. I haven’t gotten pizza from here in a while so decided to order. It was the worst I’ve ever had! It was good temp and came pretty quick, however, paying $30 for a med pizza, ud think it wldve had decent amount of toppings on it. There was good amt of cheese, but I also asked for italian sausage and mushrooms and pineapple on half. There MAY have been a dozen small pieces of sausage and a few mushrooms n we counted 7 tiny pieces of pineapple. I know they’re not hurting for money and am VERY pissed that the pizza we got had less than a handful of toppings in all. I will not be ordering from here again! It wld be nice if a Mgr would see this and call to fix this, but we all know that’s not gonna happen. Never again!

I ordered the family 1 speciality and 1 topping large pizzas. One came correct which was a cheese pizza, the other which was the specialty pizza was suppose to be the Pepperoni, Sausage & Six Cheese Pizza. When it got to my house it only had the Six Cheese and NO Sausage or Pepperoni. I called the manager of this establishment and she said no problems they would get another one out to me and NO ONE ever showed up to my home and no call at all. Not good service.

None of the staff members had on gloves. Anyone preparing the food needs to wear gloves. The one gentleman had very long nails and he was responsible for the dough!! Not good.
