I ordered pizza from this location on 12/22/25 to 2904 transport street and got food poisoning. A co-worker also experienced symptoms, but his only lasted no more than two days. I’m still experiencing mine (12/27/25).
My symptoms have gotten worse since. If I recover, their never get my business again.

I order a small pizza and pay for it asking the girl if I can get one pepper pack. She says yeah for 29 cent. Well I did t have 29 cent on me being I used my card and was not making another transaction on my card.
I can’t get one pack of red pepper of which I will use but free of charge I get a banana pepper and a nasty garlic butter of which both I will throw away. But not an item that has a teaspoon or less of red pepper in the pack.

Placed an order for delivery. Single father and just wanted a pizza for me and my son. Made my order, chose which option I wanted which I selected delivery, put in my address along with my bank info and tip % An hour goes by and I keep checking the tracking info and it’s telling me that it’s done but it hasn’t been sent out. Call and spoke with the manager and unfortunately he admitted there was an error but they could not convert my order to delivery when there system was saying pick up. Gave me 2 options. I could come pick it up at 9:50pm which I would have to get my almost 2 yr old son ready and dressed or I could cancel and now I have to wait for my money to be returned in 5-7 business days. Reviews at this store is horrible and manager made no attempt to keep my business, apologize and or make it right

Please do not order from this location. My experience was god awful. I placed an order for delivery and they brought the wrong pizza to my house. I called to rectify the situation and get the correct pizza only for the employee to respond with “what do you want me to do about it?” and hung up in my face! I drove to the location only to see the same employee on the phone with another customer and did the exact same thing! He literally put the phone on the counter ,never picked it back, and just walked away! After talking with the manager I was able to get a refund but even that was a headache. Steer clear of this location. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

It was unfortunate because I was a dummy and ordered the new Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza via DoorDash and not through Papa John’s and paid about $10 more since Papa John’s has a deal. I wasn’t paying attention and was starving. I also didn’t taste any garlic. It was no different than any other stuffed pizza I’ve had, which is not exciting to me. I was really hoping for more of that “garlic flavor.”
