I order from here a lot but for some reason it seems to have gone downhill recently. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and a papadia today. The pizza was uncut, the papadia was partially burnt, and the garlic knots apparently decided that they didn’t need any garlic on them so they are just knots. This on top of the fact that they have no delivery driver now apparently so door dash picks up the order, made it take so long that all the food was as cold as my ex wife. Maybe eventually I will order from here again but it will definitely be a while.

I am definitely upset. This is never the case when I order. Whoever made this, did not feel like working. My toppings are thrown on and not cooked on the pizza. My beef toppings (the 6 they put on)were so burnt and balled that they literally rolled right of the slice. The cheese tasted so gooey not to mention, my crust was super thin and flat. I even rechecked my order to ensure I did not order thin crust. I called to the store several times with the intention on bringing it toa managers attention and get it remade but no answer. Not sure what’s going on but I hope it is fixed within. I eat from this store a lot.

I just ordered a 16″ Pizza, (The Works), which is supposed to have all of the meats and veggies on it. It cost me a whopping $29. It came super fast, which was a little concerning to me, and when I opened it, I could see why. The Works pizza had barely any meat or veggies on it as described. It looked like a regular pizza with the bare minimum and the cheese was not even brown, but white. Had to put it back in the oven. This was my first time ordering from this establishment and I promise you it will be my last.

Drivers don’t know how to read an order on a box. They tried to blame Grubhub saying they took my order and then their own Papa John driver came back with the order walking in the door clearly said “I took wrong order” mind you none of this was mentioned until after I paid full price and tipped them pizza was then rushed it look like they took the cold pizza put it back in and didn’t make anything fresh DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION it’s been GARBAGE since proper management hasn’t been there

I love it when we call up Big Paaapa! Out of the pizza chains around us, we typically have the best luck here, tonight included. Everything was on time, garlic dippies were delivered, and the grub was good.
The Philly Cheesesteak Pizza is worthy of the name in my opinion, with each bite sending cheesesteak signals to my brain. And we just HAD to order the Jack-o’-lantern Pizza, which ended up giving me Ronald McDonald vibes but that’s ok.
The chicken wings had the same oven-baked, fall-off-the-bone tenderness they always have, which is fine. Oh, and blue cheese bonus boyeee!
Additionally, the new Hot Lemon Pepper option is a winner. The tangy seasoning pairs well with the spice in the sauce and creates the sort of flavor they’ve needed for their wings for a long time.

Im only giving one star , because I have to give something. I ordered food for delivery.They told me 45 to 50 minutes.That was at 11: 05. Its now 12:51am and when I call the stores closed, but they could’ve at least called me to tell me they could not deliver my Pizza but they didn’t have any problem taking my money. Now, I just need to figure out how I’m gonna get my money back and feed a house full of kids , since people at papa , john’s don’t know how to do their job and at least be courteous with a simple phone call

Pizza comes out okay, but the service is incredibly slow. The staff were in no hurry to help, but once they finally did, the man mumbled everything too quietly to understand. I asked him if he could speak up a little louder because I couldn’t hear him. But he just gave me dirty looks and stared at me until I freaking guessed what he was trying to say. Ridiculous.

Ordered pizza for delivery and this is what we got. Called them and they said they will send a new one and to return this pizza. So on top of waiting 35 minutes for this train wreck we now have to wait for the replacement. Refused to give a refund or even a discount for this inconvenience.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. They charged me $15 in tip on a $30 order without my authorization. I did not approve that tip, and it feels completely unacceptable and dishonest. I will not be ordering from them again.
