I came inside the store It was 15 minutes before anyone even told me hello welcome to the store I noticed one of guys leaving the register going straight to making pizzas without washing his hands ask for the manager I told the manager what happened he was like oh sorry for that while the guy continue to make pizzas he never stopped him from making the pizzas when I have told him that he guy never washed his hands I called corporate they said a local owner of something was going to get back in touch with me no one ever got back in touch with me! Also the pizza we got was burnt ! Yeah I know why keep the pizza when the guy didn’t wash his hands .My family was hungry and I still had to buy food after that ! The bacon was so hard it cut my mouth.

This place has no clue what they are doing and the girl with the rainbow hat is very rude and needs a class in customer service. Every single time I come there I get the wrong order. They don’t know how to properly sauce a pizza or do light sauce. They skimp the toppings like I have never seen in my life also. They even put the anchovies on sideways lol. Inventory is not more important than customer service. I’ve had cold and bad pizza from them several times. I was a store manager of a PJ so I know how it works and customer service. I understand papa John’s doesn’t want to pay their employees a decent salary but when that happens they get bad workers who couldn’t care less about customer service, or doing the job the right way, and this is a prime example.

I wish it didn’t even give the option for 1 star. I have only used this location 2 times. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, both times. It takes over 2 hours to receive your delivery. When you call, you’re on hold for over 30 minutes without even receiving a greeting from an employee. Avoid this location at all cost..
