I tried their new papa bowl and this is what i got. Its the garden veggie one with way to much grease in it, and thats with look away some of it because of the chesse. I could not eat it at all so beware if you decide to try one of these.

Alright, these guys ARE REALLY THE BEST!!! we’ve been going here once a week pretty much for a million years and they never disappoint. I am allergic to gluten and these guys NEVER cross contaminate ANYTHING!! they are a pure joy to greet when I come in to pick up my pizza. HECK YEAH!! (Is what we say everytime and they get me so hyped up! They are the BEST!!)

Highly recommend you don’t tip until the food arrives. Took an hour and fifteen minutes for them to deliver food 2 miles away. It wasn’t even warm when it got here.

Excellent service and delicious food! I called at 11:15am to ask if they could please have the order delivered by noon (it had originally been scheduled for 12:15pm). They arrived with the 4 large pizzas and 2 cheese breadstick orders promptly at 11:55am!! Everything was piping hot and I appreciate them speeding up the order. They also double cut the pizza and it helped with our kids. Everyone loved the pizza and we will order again in the future.

This store has the stupidest business policy and practice of any food chain. Called 1 hour before closing and was told I was out of the delivery area. I tried to order and pick it up as a carry out order and they refused to take my order saying the lobby was closed. Their website lists their hours with no mention of lobby closing early. It’s absolute stupidity to turn down a paying customer when your store is open. I will refuse to do future business with this food chain. There are too many pizza places to put up with garbage like this.

Ordered pizza. Dropped, uncut, missing additional sauces ordered. Given credit. Called and asked for additional pizza to be included with pizza ordered. Told I could have breadsticks. Asked for credited pizza. Told my order could be credited. Said I needed the pizza I ordered and was told not possible to deliver a free pizza with a pizza paid for. I said deliver pizza ordered and then deliver the pizza credited separately if that was really necessary. Then I was told additional pizza would be delivered with order. Logic is not their strength.

They seem to keep getting my order wrong. Ordered pepperoni and mushrooms; got pepperoni and sausage 20 minutes early (so it was just sitting there for 20 minutes before I could get it).
Time before that, I’d ordered 4 cups marinara sauce with it. Got home to find 0 cups marinara.
Time before that, they seemed to be having a minor domestic argument.
Pizza’s yummy but may not be worth the trouble.

Cold food and cannot remember extra sauces when they already skimp on them anyways. Will not order again and their customer service is about as worthless as it gets. You would think when you charge people double the price of Little Caesars or Dominion’s they would at least do a good job of checking orders and keeping food at the very least warm but then again there is a reason they are losing customers.

I have been a customer of Papa Johns since my family moved to Williamsburg in 2002. Never had an issue until I tried to redeem some points for the first time last night and was told I could not for whatever reason. Without going into more detail, the manager, Mikey, listened carefully to my issues and offered a perfect resolution. He was friendly, professional and had a great attitude. To top it off, my pizza got delivered in less than 15 minutes! I really appreciate the awesome service, Mikey!
