We just paid $40 for two of the worst pizzas ever. SKIMPY cheese on both pizzas and the thin crust pizza was so hard and overcooked that we had to add cheese to make it palatable. I placed an order at 6:04 tonight. 1 large pizza and and order of 16 wings. Was told ot would be 15 to 25 minutes. Arrived to pick up at 6:20 knowing I might have to wait a few minutes since I was 10 minutes early. We were told it had not even been started and would be another 35 minutes of. All they said was sorry. If they were that busy they should have said that when I called the order in. Instead we had to wait in the cold car, very unacceptable. Not first time having to wait! I know this is a busy place but they really need better customer service. Will be trying new places.

Normally we enjoy Papa John’s pizza. This last time was very disappointing. The crust was too hard to chew. The ingredients were lacking. Usually they have 4 or 5 employees at the store. This time there were only two working their tales off.

My pizza was perfect, young lady running the show was on it, I ordered, went to Food Lion next door to pay over the top prices and returned to a hot and ready pie for less than twelve bucks, just FYI, tip jar by the register… thank you young lady, for a couple meals and maybe a snack for less than twelve bucks..
