I ordered a works pizza subbing the olives for pineapples and the sausage for beef. Nothing was changed. Pizza had spaces that were just sauce, no cheese. I’ve gotten food from here before because they “were” so much better than south laburnum but just making anything and everything that I did NOT order and paid for is ludicrous and ALARMING. I wish I could add this picture.

Food is trash. I’ve ordered here about 4 times now and I get sick EVERY time. I’ve thought maybe it was just a bad day…but it’s been over the course of 6 months now and again….I have gotten sick EVERY time I’ve purchased there. Mind you, I only ever get a basic cheese pizza… Don’t shop at this location. Look somewhere else

If you get a stuffed crust pizza, it will be doughy in the middle. Even if you ask for it well done, they don’t honor that. We’ve been ordering from here for 2 years, and there has not been one single time that we have gotten pizza from this place that we haven’t had to put it back in our own oven/air fryer and finish cooking it. The oven is the heart of your business. Why are you neglecting it, sending out uncooked food, and calling it ‘better pizza?’

Went by to pick up some dinner and the gentleman at the register was so nice and polite. His name way Dylan. The breadsticks were not done very doughy but the pizza was good. Thanks Dylan for being awesome.

Received the heart pizza tonight and it was horrible. As flat as cardboard and tasted like cardboard. No flavor. Extremely small and to top all of that it was burnt. And I did not choose the well done option. Definitely not worth the price. Felt ripped off.

I ordered delivery online and the order came rather fast for a 4th of July weekend. The driver was really nice but didn’t read the delivery instructions and was confused on where to go. When I got my order, everything was there but when I opened the pizza box the pizza was not cut. The cinnamon pull aparts were also not cooked all the way and the wings were burnt. We had to cut our pizza and should not have to do the work papa johns is supposed to. Not very happy.
