This store has more bad reviews than good ones. Complaints are consistently repetitive, but guess what. They don’t care and it’s obviously demonstrated in the food they put out and the absence of customer service. Management and owners don’t care. I ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots, boneless wings and sauces. One slice of pizza had nothing on it… run out of toppings? Garlic knots were drowning in sauce and inedible, the second pizza (not pictured) was missing a topping and we were missing ALL of the marinara sauces I ordered and was charged for. Called to speak to manager the next day as instructed by the employee on the phone and was told the mgr not there. Told to call the day after…AGAIN…manager not there. Gave my number and requested a call back. No call back received. Called again (next day) and no manager and they say it’s too late to do anything about it because I didn’t talk to gen mgr sooner. You can’t make this up. Customer service is horrible. Just lost a customer. Kenny is supposedly the General Mgr who is never in the store and refuses to talk to a customer. Per Brittany another supposed mgr said that Kenny the general manager said he watched a video and there was nothing was wrong. Here are just a couple of pics, but what really ruins this for me is the poor customer service. This is about Stuarts Draft Papa Johns.

I order for carry out. I go into pick up my order one employee is laying on the bench to the right as you walk in and one was making pizzas. I stood at the counter for 5+ mins till I was taken care of. I get home and my pizzas look like this. My 7 year old son looks at me and said daddy I could have cut it better than that. I simply looked at him and said yes I believe you could.
Update: The GM call me today and made everything right. Awesome guy and thank you sir. I’ll be back.

I wad so happy to find a lower carb item that is close to pizza. The papa bowls are not bad as long as u do not get ranch on it. If u do decide to, i suggest ti get light amount. Or you might be eating this soup. There was so much it made me sick. Oh well, I know better next time.

Easy order via calling. Simple survey at end of ordering. Nice and professional person taking order. Workers in the store are very nice and accommodating. Food is always good. I call Papa John’s just for their wings because they are my favorite over all other pizza places. The only problem I have is, I think they are too high on their prices and that’s the reason that I will go to other pizza places and skip having my favorite wings. Papa John’s is a special occasion choice only.

I ordered a pizza from here and both my wife and I got very sick from eating it. I called the store the next morning to let the manager know about this issue and that there could be spoiled ingredients. The manager was extremely rude and instead of listening to my concern, he denied there being an issue with their pizza and acted like I crazy and harassing them. He even started cursing at me before I hung up. IF you want terrible ingredients and terrible pizza, please visit the stuarts draft papa johns.

Do not order from this location. Ordered delivery, waited forever for it to get delivered. Called the store and they called me a liar and said my pizza was delivered. Found out they delivered it down the street. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they called me a liar and I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Asked for a manager and got threatened on the phone. Never order from here.

Just got my order. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza with extra cheese blend and extra meat plus an order of garlic knots. The garlic knots were actually swimming in the garlic seasoning in the box. The pizza we could tell it had some extra cheese but I seen very little if any meat. Definitely wasn’t extra meat and I doubt it even had a full regular order of meat. We seen a lot of pieces didn’t even have meat on them. We had two pieces and more than likely will throw the rest away. No where on the app is a place to make a comment. Wasted $43. All we could taste on it was the ranch dressing and cheese. Very disappointed.
