We placed an order for delivery. After a hour and a half.We were concerned and called back. They said we are waiting on door dash. We told them to cancel the order. We will not be calling back. If you are hungry don’t order from this location. This restaurant is being poorly managed. I suppose it will be closing soon due to no business.

The food is fine but if you order delivery it’ll take over an hour, the food will be cold, and there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get the wrong order (to the guy on here saying he got a stuffed crust he didn’t order, that was mine, I got your order). Also, once in awhile your food will be delivered by door dash, which makes the slow delivery even sadder since they seem to outsource deliveries and still can’t get the food out while it’s still hot. I know this is all due to corporate underhiring and underpaying the employees, but at this point it’s ridiculous that you have to reheat a freshly delivered pizza.

Ordered at 6:22pm and got delivered ICE cold at 8:00pm by a DoorDash delivery driver. This is in no way a condemnation of the staff of this location. I know that this is a corporate policy in an effort to cut corners. They ensure that higher ups still receive hefty bonuses, while they cannot fill staffing gaps at their locations because they refuse to offer a living wage to their employees and cannot find workers. My sister-in-law used to work for a Papa John’s in Northern Virginia, and thankfully has left for better opportunities. Please pass this along to your district supervisors.

Usually I count on this Papa John’s locations for quality service and pizza. Unfortunately, the service has been declining recently. For instance, I ordered a 2 orders of wings and 2 pizzas tonight. Only request was “ – black olives (no olives) on the pizza. Not only did I get olives and I also got a stuffed crust pizza I didn’t ask for. The pizza came fast and was hot, it just was wrong. Like I said I’ve been here before but this by far was the worse experience.

Lateeeeeeee! They suck at delivery. 2 to 3 times longer. The delivery guy was a jerk and extremely rude. Papa Johns is normally good at other places, ruckersville branch is terrible.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza friday night and this is what we received! Not to mention— the delivery girl kicked our chihuahua because she ran up to her! she was wagging her tail! We’ve been eating here for years and it’s really gone down hill, we’ve continued to try and give them a try because there’s nothing else out here NEVER AGAIN. Maybe management switched up but we called to ask to speak with the manager and were hung up on! We called back multiple times and was hung up on every time. We never received a refund or apology. THE WORST PEOPLE EVER

Literally just got my order. Pizza was perfect and wings burned. I call and spoke to the manager, he says I asked for well done. I have ordered these wings for years like this and never received black wings. My order was delivery. He said if I bring them in he will remake them. Not great service.

Why is my order delivered by Door Dash? That’s not what I agreed to and wouldn’t have ordered it had I known that was the case. Won’t be ordering again. DD is notorious for awful service, people eating or messing with the food, and worse. Never again. Too late for a refund or I’d cancel the entire order

I placed an order at 8:02pm online for 1 small cheese pizza and breadsticks. I call around 905 to see where my order was bc it was to be delivered around 838pm per there message. Once someone answer (the supposed manager) he told me they didn’t have a delivery driver and they were busy. But he could make my order and send it now. Long story, I never received a pizza at all!! Not a call, nothing. Called the next day to make sure my money was at least refunded and speak to the person in charge! This man had nothing to say but sorry it wasn’t him! Order dominos! I have never experienced such bad customer service!!!!
