Ordered two pizzas for my children this evening. Total came to 78$. They delivered the wrong pizzas, cold and when we tried to call and communicate the error we were disconnected twice and hung up on once. We used to love papa John’s but the service is poor, cost is high and dominos employees are far more responsive and accommodating. Such a disappointment.

I’m a frequent customer to this location and have enjoyed my experience in eating here many times. My order is ready to pick up in great time and the staff is friendly. Also the establishment is clean and orderly. I usually order a large thin crust pizza with half veggie and half canadian bacon with pineapple. I also found the garlic bread knots to be cooked well and not to oily.

Terrible experience I placed order at 11:02 didn’t get food until 1:40 called at 12:30 the girl (manager) said it was on the way called store no answer. Called another store they called her said it was on the way .Finally at 1:40 the manager shows up not in uniform tank top and shorts looking a wreck food was cold. Placed call to corporate hopefully will get satisfactory response spent 43.00 smdh!! No star rating wish could be minus star rating.

I placed a delivery order, at 1:45 and did not get it till 3:30 it was suppose to be here at 2:38. Once it arrived the bowels I received were burnt around the edges and over cooked. I order from the Long Street location in Charlottesville, Va quite a bit, I was very disappointed in the food and how long it took for them to get it to me, when my location is only 10 minutes away from the store. I ordered a pizza at 1:15. At 1:30 it said that the pizza would be ready. I began calling the store at 2:00 because it still hadnt even began to be delivered. No answer. 6 times. No answer. I get in the car. Drive towards papa johns to pick up the pizza i paid extra to have delivered. Call an additional 2 times. No answer. I get over half way there and it says my order is on the way. I turn around. I get home. Its now been an hpur and a half since i order the pizza, an hour since the order was done being prepared and half an hour since i was told it was on the way. I wasnt going to blame the driver. I was going to blame the manager. But at this point i blame everyone in that store. I want a refund. I am STILL waiting for the pizza.
UPDATE: it is now 5 months later, and i am STILL waiting on the pizza.

Ordered a pizza online through web site arrived at store . Drove in from 15 miles. Was told not ordered. Showed employee debit from bank . Very shortly was told call customer service without provide said number. Would not help . Been a nurse for 35 years… Know how to help people. Suggest the employee is educated or develops some empathy for her customers!

Ordered free breadsticks from a school incentive coupon. Do not give out these coupons. This is leftover flavorless garbage. To the teachers who gave out the coupons, thank you for your efforts. Papa John’s shame on you ! All remaining coupons have been thrown in the trash..
