Do not order from this location unless you want your order messed up and your pizza burnt, especially if you request fewer toppings. I asked for no dairy, confirmed that their tomato sauce contains none, and yet they decided to remove the sauce entirely. Instead of adjusting the baking temperature or time to account for the missing sauce, they cooked it exactly the same way and delivered a completely burnt pizza.
All that was on it were the additional toppings I requested. But without any sauce and with burnt crust, it looked awful and tasted even worse. I also ordered hand-tossed crust, but what I got was paper-thin and crunchy, like burnt pita chips. The worst part is that they admitted to burning the pizza the first time, made it again, and still sent it out burnt. Make it make sense.
Based on many other negative reviews, I would definitely stay away from this place.

I ordered two papa dias, customized. My husband gets to the store only to be told our order was picked up by “door dash”. Poor excuse. Did the employees confirm that the door dasher was picking up the right order and not OURS ? Absolutely not. As a manager of a restaurant I find that highly disappointing to know that orders aren’t being confirmed before being picked up. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would ! Do BETTER.

This place is a mess. Food isn’t changed out regularly like it should be so if you order from here and get food poisoning…don’t say you didn’t know. Store inspection came around and this one was skipped because the claimed the knew it would be a mess and fail. If, you work here you will be scheduled 30 plus hours but don’t expect those hours. Unless you are a favorite then you will go home when sales are down first. Save a headache and order Dominos next door.

Never again. Never again will this business get my money. I ordered a “Works” pizza and I could literally count the number of pepperoni slices on less than 10 fingers, and it was like that with all the toppings! Perhaps my expectations are too high but when i order a “The Works” pizza I expect it to be loaded with toppings. The prices here are also much higher than other options in town with MUCH better pizza.

I ordered three pizzas for my family over 2 1/2 hours later, on the app it showed my order wouldn’t be delivered for an additional hour! So I drove to the store all they did was canceled my order with NO pizza. If workers aren’t available then delivery should be closed and notified customers can pick up the orders in a timely manner. This done it for me. I will not support such a company with rude employees. If papa John’s is a must, drive to Harrisonburg. Bridgewater isn’t work your family starving.

Staff is super friendly here, food is good and I really like the new papadias. However, the quality/taste of the pizza seems to have taken a hit over the last few years. I used to rank PJ as number 1, not so much lately.

Papa John’s keeps doing stupid stuff that makes them suck. We live on Northview drive in Dayton. It’s a neighborhood with about 100 houses in it. Papa John’s delivers to my neighbor who is 4 houses down, about 150 yards from my house. BUT WON’T DELIVER TO ME, 4 HOUSES AND 15O YARDS DOWN THE STREET. 4 HOUSES DOWN. I COULD HIT MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE WITH A ROCK IT’S SO CLOSE. THEY WON’T DELIVER TO THE HOUSE BESIDE THE HOUSE 4 HOUSES DOWN EITHER. YOU CAN’T TEACH STUPID.

This is based solely on interaction and not the food. I ordered from my phone and didn’t realize I order from Bridgewater, VA and not Bridgewater, NJ. Called and told them I am an idiot and how sorry I was and that lunch was on me. They went ahead and cancelled the order and refunded me the money which was not necessary because it was my mistake. If I’m ever in the area I will gladly stop and patronize this location
