I will never order from this place again! I have been ordering from here for about 3 years, since moving to Front Royal from Winchester, and I have had issues from them here and there but not too bad. Tonight was the final straw! I placed an online order a few hours before picking it up, I set the pickup time for 6:00 because I know how this place is, as I was planning on picking it up at 6:30. I got there at 6:40, and I was informed by the boy working the register that it was going to be another 35 minutes before my order was ready! Not to mention every time I go in there, there is a redheaded girl with glasses that seems to have the biggest attitude towards everyone, including the other employees.

I spent 40 dollars on one pizza for it to take 1 hour for it to come out when it was only half a topping on the pizza, i was standing by the front waiting for an hour and the box they handed me had been there for 35 minutes, this is just unacceptable, the lightskin girl at the front and the white woman with the white hair also need some more training, it wasn’t even busy!

I just ordered a pizza from Papa John’s, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed! The service is always exceptional. The employee at the desk always goes above and beyond. The food prep staff is also awesome. Highly recommend this location!

I absolutely LOVE this location. The manager Sam is amazing and the whole team really cares about it’s customers. They also don’t slack on their pizzas/toppings. I highly recommend everyone orders from here. I also have to note that I ordered their gluten free pizza. It’s by far one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Normally gluten free crust is just “okay” but I’m extremely impressed with their gluten free crust.

Worst managed Papa John’s I have ever dealt with. Pizza is typically over cooked and the crust will be burnt at the edges. The only consistent part of this franchise is they consistently cannot hit their time estimates by a large margin. First time it happened it was over an hour after the expected time and the pizza showed up cold. Delivery driver still expected me to pay for it. Honestly I’m done with this store for good. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place period.

We ordered enough pizzas to feed 25 people. This was to celebrate nurses week at the Department of Veterans Affairs clinic. We placed the order and had it set for a noon delivery. Noon came and went with no delivery so we called. They said they had no record of our order even though we had been charged twice on our credit card. When we called the excuse we received was that the morning person called in sick and they did not know. They still did not deliver and we had to go pick up the pizzas. By then it was pushing 2 o’clock and it’s screwed up everything we had planned for the celebration since all the doctors and nurses had patients scheduled all afternoon. They offered a 50% discount. With all the problems I feel it should have been free with all the problems and the fact that we had to go pick it up. Never again!

Order through the phone then went to pickup. Got it my food pretty fast. Got 3 pizzas and some cheesy bread. My triple cheese pizza didn’t seem so triple cheese though as I could still see the sauce and it looked as if it was a regular pepperoni pizza. Other than that it was great
