We live in Courthouse Commons, less than a mile away. When we saw that there was a pizza place opening close by, as a mom of 3, I cheered probably out loud Well…. Here is the reason for the 1 ⭐️ review.
I ordered 5 M pizzas, 5 wings (papa pairings), 1 L pizza, and a sandwich. We are a family of 5 and in addition my brother & nephew were visiting. I was called by a male, not even the manager, and told that if I were to place an order that “large” I would need to do an order ahead time or call them….. The call was not only rude but extremely unprofessional.
The next time we ordered (tonight), we were missing some sauces. No big deal. We called to have it refunded as we are typically relaxed and would NEVER have a driver come deliver some sauce cups.
My husband calls and SAMANTHA LEE (probably a fake name) answers the phone. This is the manager apparently. She was rude and unprofessional as well and eventually hung up on my husband. So he drove up there…..
Upon his arrival he was met at the register with Ms. Lee…. She was again, rude and dismissive. He explained the previous interaction and how the most recent phone interaction was upsetting. Again, she was dismissive. She handed my husband the sauce and waived him off…….
A message to SAMANTHA LEE:
It’s okay to not like your job and do so just to make ends meet; however you work in customer service and so be caring and compassionate….. Both my husband and I are in public service roles and deal DAILY with much worse than you do. With all due respect, grow up.

Inflation and the economy is bringing pizza down hill. Idk what other pizza places are like. I thought I was ordering mediums but I guess what THEY meant was slightly bigger than personal size. Price isn’t so bad but the product is reduced from what it used to be.

This is a brand new Papa John’s and I wasn’t sure how good it was going to be. It was Easter and we were looking for some food after a long day. Papa John’s near the courthouse was the only place open. We ordered pickup and when we got home we were really surprised how delicious this pizza was. We are definitely going back and will make this our regular spot.

I had been greeted upon walking in, everyone was busy but smiled, the store is super clean. I placed a fairly large order it was ready on time and the gentleman made sure we received our “spicy garlic sauce”. That was much appreciated as my son loves it. GREAT JOB!!
