I have purchased pizzas from this establishment on Chatham heights road several times before and have been disappointed most every time. However, this time was the exception. The pizza was good service was good. It’s unusual to get your money’s worth and good taste on the same order. My compliments to the chef.

Usually good, but it seems like on Friday and Saturday evening when they get busy, the quality suffers. Pizzas sit before being delivered, and tonight my papadilla was grossly undercooked. I tried to pick it up and it fell apart, the dough was really gooey. I understand that you’re trying to keep up with orders but it’s extremely disappointing to receive undercooked good. Honestly, I’d rather wait 10 more minutes and my food be edible.

Place my order at 430 didn’t get anything until 5:45. Got an update on there tracker, saying my driver was on his way at 4:50. 8-14 min est. How the hell does it take Almost an hour to drive 15 minutes away regardless. If you have one delivery ahead of me. That’s crazy.

Papa Johns has lost the edge.. use to be best pizza now its well, so so. What changed ? Ingredients perhaps, ownership ? Mostly abilities…seems they don’t do much anymore for the customer. Asked they put pepperoni on whole pizza and a small section green peppers..response was…o we don’t do that anymore….OK what do u do besides make light cheese pizzas… You do what the customer ask. Don’t forget how you keep business…stupidest response I’ve ever heard……DO NOT get pizza from here. Will come with hardly any cheese and it can be to much work for thier employees to actually do anything more then nothing

Absolutely abysmal, rude and disrespectful service. I literally waited 1 hour & 30 minutes before my pizza finally arrived. Before that I waited 1 hour before calling the store and a male “manager” told me that the driver had “4 other deliveries and it would be just 5 more minutes”. 15 minutes later, I called again and this time a female “manager” answered and sounded annoyed that I had called. She sounded like some punk teenage kid; zero apologies, absolutely nothing, sounded annoyed. I was so furious at the absolute condescending attitude and the fact that after an hour my pizza would probably be cold, that I asked to cancel the delivery and for a refund. She didn’t sound surprised at all and told me she was voiding the charges. Again, zero apology, absolutely zero customer service. This store is absolute garbage.
