5 Stars – A Christmas-Movie Kind of Day!
I had one of those rare, magical moments today—something you’d expect in a holiday movie. I was sitting next door, just taking a break, when Chris came out and offered me a pizza, completely free. I was honestly surprised and grateful. I offered to at least grab a drink, but instead, he handed me a bottle of water—with a smile.
As a chef and former owner of two restaurants, I’ve been around hospitality my whole life. But what Chris did wasn’t about business—it was about heart. His humility and kindness reminded me there’s still so much good in the world.
This business is lucky to have someone like him. Chris, you truly made my day. Thank you for the beautiful reminder that generosity still lives.
Highly recommend this place—not just for the food, but for the people.

I expect PaPa John’s fresh pizza. And man staff say 10min waite and I can get my pizza but they give me 25later. Pizza is pretty good but If you have only small break time You should be careful.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The pizza arrived an hour late, and to make matters worse, it was completely cold by the time it finally got to us. We tried calling the store multiple times to get an update, but no one answered, which added to the frustration.
The lack of timeliness and communication was unacceptable. This kind of service leaves a lot to be desired and makes it hard to consider ordering from them again. They need to address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers.

I would leave a star for food, but they can’t take an order without interrupting you. Not only that but they can’t tell the difference between road and street. They obviously don’t speak any English, no surprise there.

You can’t beat the carry out special price. We are frequent customers and every time the pizza is hot and delicious! The staff is always nice too. I have no clue how they don’t have higher ratings. Ordering on the app is amazing and the “Papa Tracker” status of the pizza cooking is pretty spot on. They are usually quick too! We love this location!

second time in a month ordered pizza with extra sauce and it had barely any sauce on it (I would hope that’s less than “normal”). On the most recent order I paid for extra sauce containers and the tiny containers were only half full. This used to be a good store. No more. I’m done.

PJ is my usual go to pizza spot but with that being said, I can’t say I recommend this store for now. Last several orders have been not hot, pizza being too doughy and overall just not good tasting. I frequent a PJ in D.C. and they are levels above this one. The pizza from here needed a couple minutes in the air fryer.

This Papa John’s has NEVER managed to have an order ready by the time they provide to pickup. It’s to the point that I intentionally show up late because I know the order won’t be started until long after it was received. I’m not sure if the staff all need to be retrained, or if they all need the boot and they need to bring in competent workers, but I can’t begin to understand how a pizza joint that doesn’t see much business can still manage to be as late as they are. Wish I could rate 0.
