I think I’ve ordered here twice and I see why I don’t normally order here. Placed an online pickup order. Ordered original crust, pineapple and bacon and boneless buffalo chicken. Got home and saw that my “original crust pizza” was THIN CRUST. The boneless buffalo chicken was breaded, needed additional baking and more buffalo sauce. Too bad I wasnt close by to take it back to the restaurant. Made a complaint and still waiting for a response from the owner. Submitted an online complaint twice and was told I will be getting a response from the store manager but haven’t heard anything.

I was stopped in the lobby and questioned why I didn’t tip him. He literally pulled out the receipt and pen for me to fill out. I didn’t purposely not tip, it was actually an accident. But at the end of the day, it is MY choice. My pizza was also not fully sealed and hanging open in his delivery bag. For me to be anxious that my pizza was tampered with because I didn’t tip is wild. I’ve never had a problem with papa John’s. Workers should also be paid a fair wage and not have to rely on tips. I feel bad leaving this rating but I’ve never been so upset.

I hadn’t had Papa John’s in 15+ years but we needed a quick dinner for takeout and got the stuffed crust supreme Pizza with Garlic knots. It was good, the store was noticeably clean and the person at the counter appreciated our compliment saying they are really trying to attend to the details. Not sure about all the negative reviews before this one, but perhaps there is a new manager. Things looked great inside and out food was just as I remember. We’ll be back for sure.

The pizza was horrible nothing but pizza sauce and I asked for my pizza well done. About 1 to 2 pepperoni per slice for a medium pizza. I payed the delivery fee plus tipped the driver about $9.00. I won’t be back. I normally do not do reviews but it was that bad.

“I am filing an official and serious complaint regarding this employee’s behavior. He was extremely rude, slow to understand, and treated me with complete disrespect. With shocking arrogance, he told me that my order was ‘too big,’ and then had the audacity to claim he wasn’t even talking to me while actually handling my order. This is outrageous, unacceptable, and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I demand immediate and strict action against him, and if this matter is not addressed properly, I will escalate it to higher management without hesitation.

The first time I ordered was a great experience. Today, my second time ordering from this location. An hour later the driver showed up with no food. He stated he gave it to a black man outside. I went to store location to report what happened. The manager stated the employee is old. That was his excuse. He then offered to make my food again free of charge. After seeing how the workers handle, touch everything I kindly declined his offer.
Also I live 5 to 7 minutes from this store and it took the driver an hour to get to me.
And there were at least 10 people working and no one could answer the phone. Poor service.

30 dollars spent for them to give me one pepper for a whole pizza. Was told told policy is one pepper per pizza. Paid for more they gave me 2. Always an issue at this location. I order often and spend a nice amount. Would order from anywhere else if I had another choice that was closer. Always dissatisfied

If you order delivery, you can watch them bake your pizza and then let it sit for an extra 15 minutes before getting nice and cold. Then it gets delivered with a 5 minute delivery distance from there and back of a total time of 20 minutes.

I’ve probably gotten a couple dozen pizzas from this location over the last few years and I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. The orders have always been ready on time and the pizzas and service quality (especially Solomon, who is very enthusiastic and friendly any time I have dealt with him) have been consistently great. Definitely one of the better Papa Johns Locations I have ever been to.
