Order online last night based off of the photos online got the bacon cheese bread and the Parmesan bites, but when I received the food from delivery, it was basically like a Parmesan chicken Stromboli and the cheese bread was folded in half, and there was a light light light sprinkling a vacant versus the photo, which shows a very good amount of bacon on it, unpleased by the food And misled by the advertising.

Had no issues. Placed the order on the website for pizza, breadsticks, and dessert. Was ready in under 20 minutes and there were no issues with the food. Will order from here again

This particular location seems to get worse over the years. Online order for 2 items, received update that it’s ready. One item was never put in the oven. Pizza was bit raw and all the peperoni were 3-4 pieces stuck together. Must be an incredible hulk with thick fingers making my pizza. PS I think they need some staff from the restaurant next door where I picked up some food at same time and were very efficient.

The new phone automated service is terrible. Takes much longer than talking to someone, but now they connect you to a person after and that person tries to upsell you for everything. I just wanted a cheese pizza, and now that’s become too complicated.

I am not used to giving a bad review but this was well deserved.
I tried to order online, it was not working, I called to place an order, no one picked up the phone, that was a sign for me to give up but I ended up going to the store to place an order. I clarified 3 times that I needed 3 Pizza. While I was placing an order, there was already an angry customer who has cancelled his order (he gave me a warning too not to order here, I should have listened). Anyway, I paid and left the store and came back 20min later. I received 2 pizza instead and they missed up the toppings too. They charged me $17 for a large cheese pizza and $22 for large veggie pizza (only mushrooms, and black olives and they put onions even though I said not to). They wanted me to wait 57min for the 3rd pizza. I ended up going to another place and got my Veggie pizza with the right toppings for $11 something in 15min.
Fast forward, When we ate the pizza, it taste it terrible and we could not finish it. It did not contain pizza sauce but more of tomato paste.
I know that a lot of places get slammed with orders on Saturday but it still does not justify poor service and orders. I am definitely never ordering from this Papa John’s pizza. BE WARNED

I have reviewed this Papa John’s in the past and gave it a strong review but I am taking it all back. There is nothing against the food. It is excellent. My issue is with the service. This is the third time in a row I have had a miserable experience with getting my food on time. Twice I have done pick up and once I did delivery through doordash. Every single one of these last three times the wait has been overwhelming. The store is chronically understaffed and they are unable to get your food to you in a reasonable time. On the pizza tracker, all three times my food was declared ready and all three times it was not. This is not the problem of the people at the store because there were only two folks there and one was being trained. This is a problem for the management of the store who do not properly staff it. Again, the food was fine but I am unwilling to return due to the lack of service.

I ordered from this Pap Johns on a rainy Friday. The pizza arrived about 2+ hours later. The following Monday, to my surprise, I received a call from the manager who too the initiative to apologize for the delay and sent me a coupon for a free pizza. Things happen and pizza gets delayed, but the manager took responsibility to keep a customer and I appreciate that.
