6 times ordering from Papa John’s 3rd time it never showed up. I’m fairly understanding as I work retail and know things go sideways with deliveries. Just expect better than 50% and having to feed the family popcorn after long work hours.

We ordered a few weeks ago for delivery and Papa John’s messed up our order so we called to inform them of the error to which they apologized and offered a 50% discount off our next order which was fine. We were told that they would keep notes on file and all we had to do was mention the discount next time we ordered. When we decided to use the 50% off offer we placed the order on the phone for pick up mentioning to please apply the promised discount. When we came to pick up the order, not only were the employees in a screaming fight with each other in front of 4 customers, they were rude, ignored customers and when it was my husbands turn to get his order they refused to honor the promised discount despite telling us before that it was applied. Very frustrating, unethical and disappointing.

This place doesn’t take their business seriously. Firstly you deliver a damaged pizza and then don’t show the sence of urgency to deliver a replacement pizza. Takes so long to get something done. No sence of urgency. I hope they could tackle things better. Looking forward for a refund.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s 5 times and not once did they get my order right. I think it’s being done on purpose now because the last two times I order my pizza came uncut. I’ll give you guys 1 star for the good laugh. Don’t bring up complaints to this store unless you want to receive uncut pizzas or worst for the rest of your life.

Horrible customer service. I never right reviews but feel I need to share. The last 2 times we ordered we were told a 30 minute delivery time. Both times were nearly 1 hour. Today I called to find out where the pizza was after 50 minutes and I was told it left the shop 25 minutes ago. We live less than 3 miles from the store and ordered at 3pm (no traffic). I asked to speak to a manger, no one could speak to me. The man I spoke to said “I don’t know what to tell you.” There was no apology, no I will try to find out where your pizza is. Very frustrating experience. We will not be ordering again. Over the years we have given them lots of business. NO More.
