placed an order here and it said it was ready for pickup, i get there and they haven’t even put it in the oven yet, so i try to communicate with the workers, every single one ignored me. Finally i got the attention of this lady who was very kind, unsure of her name but she was black. She apologized for the mistake since the app was misleading and offered me a free drink, i appreciate the kind worker who assisted me but whatever happened with the app needs to be solved, ended up having to wait 15 more minutes then i should’ve.

Great pizza – head and shoulders above Dominos for taste and quality. I always use online coupons, saves me about 25% on average. I always pick up so I don’t have to pay a delivery driver. My preference is the Hawaiian.

Manager told us to go to Domino’s. My son and his friends tried to use a fundraiser-purchased (Papa John’s branded) discount card, and the manager refused to honor it. He told them to their faces they should just go to Domino’s. They lost at least 3 pizzas’ worth of business. They’re not going to keep many customers with that kind of service.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s 5 times and not once did they get my order right. I think it’s being done on purpose now because the last two times I order my pizza came uncut. I’ll give you guys 1 star for the good laugh. Don’t bring up complaints to this store unless you want to receive uncut pizzas or worst for the rest of your life.

Horrible customer service. I never right reviews but feel I need to share. The last 2 times we ordered we were told a 30 minute delivery time. Both times were nearly 1 hour. Today I called to find out where the pizza was after 50 minutes and I was told it left the shop 25 minutes ago. We live less than 3 miles from the store and ordered at 3pm (no traffic). I asked to speak to a manger, no one could speak to me. The man I spoke to said “I don’t know what to tell you.” There was no apology, no I will try to find out where your pizza is. Very frustrating experience. We will not be ordering again. Over the years we have given them lots of business. NO More.
