Terrible management. I showed up to pick up my order, and the employee told me it would take 15 minutes — even though the app showed it was ready. When I mentioned that, he responded with attitude: “That’s because you just paid.” I’ve been using this app for years and know how it works. This experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ll find somewhere else to order from moving forward.

Delivery driver for my order tonight was A1 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. They didn’t put sauces in my order for the first one. We ended up ordering dessert for a 2nd order and we got the same driver! I told him about the sauces and he said hold on. Thought he left and about 15 min later the doorbell rings. It’s the Delivery guy with my sauces that’s above and beyond right there and I really appreciated it.

I cannot really rate the atmosphere because I almost always do delivery. In the past, the Papa Johns was not good at all. Oh, the food was good, but order accuracy and delivery estimates left a lot to be desired. In fact, we started ordering our pizza to be delivered 1/2 hour before we wanted it to ensure it would arrive on time. However, things have changed. I do not know if they got new management and/or a new focus on quality, but they are now top-notch! Order accuracy and delivery is always spot on. So, I don’t know what you did at this Papa Johns, but hats off! WELL DONE!!!

Places a $47.00 order and when the delivery driver delivered my food they left it on the porch. They never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. 20 mins later I was wondering why the pizza was taking longer than usual and come to find out it was outside the whole time. Cold and nasty. Worst service I ever experienced! Not to mention, the pizza didn’t taste fresh.

I travel for my job and make it my JOB to try every pizza joint I can find; franchises, hole in the walls, pizza stands..this papa John’s here is by far the BEST I have ever been to. They are incredibly welcoming when walking through the door, to when you leave with your meal. the team always looks a well oiled machine worming together. I have never had such amazing service from a franchised establishment, let alone papa johns. The manager i feel is to praise in the regards. He takes time to get to know his customers, always has a smile and when conversing with his team, they give him great attitude. This is what I pick up from my 5-10 minute interaction, and it’s amazing. BEST. PAPA JOHNS. EVER!

I Placed an online order and called to the store to make sure my extra topping was included in the order bc I didn’t see a charge for it at checkout. So I called and Joseph the store manager didn’t fully listen to my inquiry so he ended up providing me incorrect Info I advised him the call was pertaing to the extra topping he would have know that had he FULLY listened to my request w/o interruption. Once he understood my question he confirmed the extra topping was there and hung up in my face. I decided to call back and cancel the order bc I didn’t trust that my food would be handle with care since Joseph obviously felt a way about our interaction bc of the unfriendly manner he had ending our call. When I called to answer Joseph continued with his attitude and asked why I wanted to cancel and was very much combative stating “didn’t we discuss the topping I told you that it was there” I told him I didn’t care to go back and forth about the situation I just wanted a refund. He in snappy rude manner he told me 3-5 business days and rudely disconnected the call again. Joseph has very poor customer service im not sure how he made manager but could definitely benefit from some additional training

Quick delivery during dinner time rush! I placed an order online and had my food within 30 min. My delivery driver Timothy was friendly and efficient!
