I often order from papa John on. N.Salisbury blvd. When they starts advertising their pan ( deep dish) pizza I was happy because that’s my favorite type of pizza . I would order carry out from dominos because they don’t deliver to my area . Papa John’s is the only pizza spot to deliver to me .. the 1st time I got the pan pizza it was delicious , the second time it was a mess and much like the pics included . However, I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but NO this time These pizzas are poorly made the side crust is sitting on the bottom of the box . The toppings are falling off and the pizza is hardly cut . I spent 70.00 plus dollars and waited an hour and received this. Some of the crust is literally on the outside of the box where they closed the box on the pizza . Very disappointed and a waste of money …Leave the pan pizzas to dominos and Pizza Hut .

I pre ordered my pizza online and it was delivered cold. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I would never order delivery from them again. The pizza was clearly sitting under a lamp before they delivered it.

Received my garlic bread sticks, via Uber, with very little garlic on them. Spoke with store manager, said they were cutting back on using the garlic sauce. Manager was unwilling to make the order right, seemed not to care at all. I would not recommend this store at all. Customer service rated at a ZERO. Definitely will be contacting their regional and corporate managers.

We called 6:18pm, told them we’ve never had papa johns, ordered a 5 topping large pizza, told us the price and said 40 mins. Pizza got here 7:33, after calling back twice. Gentleman got here, and stood in our yard for 6 mins, i asked him ti please bring us the cold pizza, he said sorry, but i dont know the price. I called the store for him, and the Gentleman says on the phone, i told him the price is in the front of the box, then he said, $22.22. The darn pizza should of been free. Bad business, our first time trying it, and the last. The Gentleman on the phone didn’t even apologize., but the delivery guy did.

I like Papa John’s Pizza, and as a whole their pizza is usaully paletable. I ordered the New York style pizza!!!! Big mistake. It made Chuckie Cheese Pizza taste good. Crust was lacking flavor, sauce tasted like normal Papa John’s sauce.

Bad service I’m waiting to the pizza two hour I called to get my money back, but a carpenter answered at 5:58 a.m. and told me not to call back. This is bad manners, but I accept that. They send the pizza two hours later, an 8-minute drive. Then the pizza arrives, cold and inedible, and an employee tells me not to call back. I don’t want my money.

Never bad food. Love the apps, pizza, and desserts. Good options and variety to stay relevant amongst other chains. The staff has always been unprofessional when I’ve come to pick up, but kind when they talk to me. The drivers are always great when shopping delivery. Small storefront, definitely only for carry out or no delivery, no option for dine in unless you want to use sweet frogs picnic tables out in the grass LMAO
