Please be kind to the people who work here. They work so hard to keep everything running smoothly as possibly. It’s tiny in there. They serve a TON of people. While I waited longer than I’d like tonight, I witnessed the entire crew have excellent team work. Show true customer service when things weren’t right. They do their best and honestly that’s all we should be asking for. I’ll be back Papa John’s of Mt Airy.

Someone here thought this was acceptable to send out to a customer. Missing a good portion of topping because of a massive bubble. 1st time I had been to a Papa John’s in a few years. Sent this to corporate and they offered me a 50% off coupon. Will never be back.

Ordered ahead, when I arrived I was told pizzas would be ready in 20 mins. Waited an hour to find out they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be. The entire time they continued taking orders and telling customers 20-30 mins. Canceled my order and will never order there again

They got my order wrong, so I called them after I got home, over 20 minutes away, and the manager, probably some 22 year old kid who doesnt care about anything, answered and immediately had an attitude. I told him they got my order wrong, and the first response he gave me was “Yea…. I dont know what to tell you.” I told him no, I want a discount or rebate or something from you to make this right. He goes “well i can take your info and give you a discount next time you come in. I said no, I want a discount or rebate on THIS order. And guess what he says?! “Sir, I already explained to you that its going to take longer to give you a discount on this order rather than just giving you a discount next time.
Bro, I’ve done your minimum wage job, its not that hard, and it doesnt take that long….
I told him forget it. Shitty management, shitty service, and they dont even know how to do the simplest job on this planet lol.

Just attempted to post a complaint, but system dumped it instead. Complaining that no prices are displayed nor available to select in the store any more. Couldn’t order my usual Works combo; had to come to the store to order & get it! Receipts can’t show prices of items. Could improve.

I haven’t had Papa Johns in a while but I noticed this location was right by my nail salon, so decided to grab dinner for the family after my appointment earlier this week and had a great experience. You can get a pizza from anywhere but finding great customer service nowadays is difficult. The gentleman I worked with was a pleasure, he was so kind and really left an impression! Thanks again! We will certainly be back!

I barely comment on Google and never have commented on a popular chain. Yet, I want to say this Mt.Airy papa John’s location is GREAT. It is almost always the same people working and they all work hard and are exceedingly professional. It comes out in the food, we go weekly and it’s delicious & fresh everytime. We are food snobs so that’s really saying something! We were out of the area a few weeks ago and got an order from a different maryland location and it was horrible. This goes to show the level of care going into this location. It is also always spotless and ready early most of the time. Thanks for the hard work and care.

Yes, they’re busy. Yes, the time to pick up your order takes too long some times, especially weekend nights. Yes, they make mistakes because they’re so busy. But here’s the deal: The food is good. The price is right. The people are friendly, even if they seem to be frustrated and tired.
You want gourmet pizza? Go to the city and pay out the nose for it. You want a good replacement for those nights when you’re too busy to make dinner? Order from here, but order ahead and be patient.
And, if anyone from the store is reading this, please know that I know you’re doing your best… And I thank you for keeping us going during the pandemic.
