Pizza looks and tastes horrible. The person who rang me up was EXTREMELY RUDE.! Big back black girl with lashes. Never offered me a recept, paper plates or napkins. Entire staff, standing around and joking. You can clearly hear all conversations at the front of the store. Just classless and tacky

Darnell the current manager needs to be fired and the other incompetent worker who gave our food to someone else and then pretended to lie and say we never ordered anything. BUYERS BEWARE of the fraudulent activities that happen with this store. I was suppose to receive a refund for the inconvences and order made terribly wrong. Instead Darnells incompetent ignorant behind charged my card UNAUTHORIZED an additonal fee! Which will be escalated with the state.

Pizza never delivered to my address and the computer generated phone recognization screwed everything I ordered a pizza to be delivered, and it was door dash that they sent it too to be delivered. Never got delivered Ridiculously stupid. I did get a refund though. Whoop whoop. . . lol.

The customer service is horrible!! It appears none of their employees know how to work the coupons that they offer and then, they have the audacity to be upset because of their lack of understanding. If I had longer to write i would but the service was horrible, the lady at the register had a bad attitude and was rude, and she was still rude from the time I arrived til we left!

I ordered a “bowl” for delivery and specified TOPPINGS. Toppings, as in ingredients that go on TOP of a dish… ie: pasta, bread…
I called the manager and expressed my unhappiness at receiving a bowl filled with nothing but Toppings.

Let’s be real. The only reason to order Papa John’s is for the garlic sauce. Which I always order extra to have for other things. Why they don’t sell the sauce in grocery stores is beyond me. Someone high up must not like money.

I gave a low rating because this place and other pizza places seemed like they don’t know how to cut a pizza evenly and thoroughly. One side of the pizza seemed to have larger slices while the other side was cut smaller. This should not be rocket science on how to cut a pizza pie. The pizza was barely cut. Had to use my own pizza cutter. Seriously?

It was late at night, Nicholas greeted me with a warm smile and a kind demeanor. I’m not sure if he had great intuition or could see the sadness on my face but it seemed he knew that kindness was needed when he offered to make us a pizza even though I think they were closing.
In a world that often seems filled with a lot of negativity, he showed us that there is still compassion and goodness. its hard to explain but sometimes it’s so much more than about what you see. You may say it was just pizza. At the moment for me and my daughter, it was so much more than that. Thank you Nicholas for being an extraordinary person.
