I just wanted to recognize this Papa John’s location for consistently going above and beyond. They’ve clearly taken notice that I’m a loyal customer, and they always make an effort to get my order to me in what feels like record time. The delivery is consistently fast, and my order is always accurate.
I order takeout often, and it’s rare to feel truly recognized as a repeat customer. I tip well because I’m able to and because I used to be a delivery driver myself — so I understand the work that goes into it. The fact that this team seems to recognize and appreciate that really means a lot to me.

My pizza was missing jalapeno which I had added in the order. I asked them to do it well done still the pizza wasn’t cooked fully it was soggy. It is waste of money. I really don’t like this location. I didn’t bother to call them it would just be a waste of time.

Worst pizza I’ve had. Ordered extra cheese and extra sauce. Literally received a pizza with NO sauce, but PAID for two toppings (extra sauce and cheese). Papa John’s policy is supposed to replace the pizza with the correct order but the local Papa John’s in Perry Hall / Nottingham did not do that. In fact they asked to take the pizza back and refund, instead of providing the correct Pizza.

The pizza from last night. Having worked at this location for close to 10 years I don’t think I ever saw a pizza this ugly leave the store no cheese lock, center loaded so the toppings fell right off each slice. The crust made up about 50% of the surface area of the pizza. Yay!

I ordered my food at 1:21pm. Called the store 30 mins later advised a driver was on the way. Thirty minutes later still no food and the app updated and stated a driver just picked up my food. Moral of the story an hour has passed and I still have not received my order from this store yet
