Yep. Had to upload the photo so as not to confuse anyone reading. Here’s the issue: in the photo, you see 3 slices. This is a HALF of a PIZZA PIE. Why is it NOT 4? I will give only a little bit of pity to think MAYBE the cutter forget that Smalls get cut into 6 and not 8 and tried to catch themselves. Well maybe it would’ve been nice if you TOLD ME before leaving. Take some accountability for your actions in life, it should be important unless you don’t mind people NOT TRUSTING YOU. And next time you make a mistake in cutting a pizza into 8 when it should 6, don’t stop, just cut it into 8. Cause why not remember the lessons of congruent figures you learned in like 3RD GRADE?

I will NEVER order from papa johns ever again, ESPECIALLY from this store! The toppings were burned and the crust is soggy/soft! I should’ve went to TRE FRATELLI’s like i normally do!!! My mother and I have been living at our new home on Leadenhall Street for 3 weeks now. She saw a Papa Johns delivery truck going down the street this morning so around early afternoon, she told me to order some Papa Johns. The ordering process was easy. This was our first time trying this location, so we wanted to test it out first. By the time I submitted the delivery and left the house for 5-10 mins, the pizza and the delivery person were already there. The delivery person was extremely sweet. I’m not used to thin crust pizza, but that’s what my mother wanted. I love Papa Johns pizza. It’s been my favorite since high school and as you can see from the pictures, it did the job for my mother and I as we wanted something good that we didn’t have to cook. She got to it before I did.

Thank you, Papa John’s on Hanover St, for reminding me why I do not order Papa John’s on my dollar. Maybe on the company card.
My order was simple, a three-topping pizza with a side of pizza sauce. Oh, I also had a request for a well-done pizza.
The pizza maker got fancy; they only put cheese and toppings on my pizza. They also took the pizza out of the oven before the cheese melted.
I realize everyone is not patient enough to prepare food to a complete point. Preparing a pizza with no sauce appears spiteful.
As you can see, I will place a poorly prepared pizza in the oven quickly. Unfortunately, this pie echoes the ignorance behind the counter.
I will spend my coin on another pizza joint; thanks for the reminder Papa John’s.

Makes noooo sense that my pizza that I ordered through uber bike delivery at 1:30 AM could be THAT good. It was fresh, and amazing. This is my second time ordering late when nothing else was open & I haven’t been disappointed yet.

It’s reasons like this is why I never ask a restaurant of any kind to redo my food especially if I can’t see you make it because you never know what type of people you’re dealing with, I would just ask for my money back. So the Papa John’s on Hanover St. gave us an old cold pizza. When we called them back and tried to explain what happened, the shift supervisor decided he wanted to be very rude. My coworker was calm throughout the whole conversation but shift supervisor Mike wanted to be rude, talk over customers and hang the phone up on customers instead of being professional. When we called corporate, I told my coworker to ask them if we can get another pizza from a different location since they won’t give us our money back plus I had a feeling they was gonna do something bad to our pizza and sure nuff this is what they decided to do, it look they shoved the pizza in one corner or they kicked the box across the floor and not only did corporate lie to us about having a different location make our food again, that same location thought it would be funny to do this to our pizza and they probably spit in too. And they refuse to give us our money back. Never in my life have I ever been through this before, completely disgusting.

I’d been craving Papa Johns for some time now. You know I’m beyond disappointed. It feels like I’m chewing rubber. The sauce, cheese and toppings are all below the minimum. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be great, when I called the customer service was poor. I ordered online and that was a headache as well.

I had a STRESSFUL day on my feet all day in DC and needed some food for energy. I looked up a local Papa John’s and called my order in. When I got there I told the lady with the glasses I really needed some good food she told me I was in luck because they made my pizza with love. And she wasn’t lying! I got 3 slices in and felt a rush of warmth take over my body. I was no longer tired, but filled with joy. I was filled with hope. I felt like things were gonna be okay from here on out. Thank you 3 ladies that worked last Sunday night. I really needed that. Better ingredients. Better pizza. PAPA JOHN’S!
