Picked up pizza paid for pizza and ginger ale (cash )but requested lemon drink that had been carried in store for awhile.(please check your inventory ).
Pizza was cold, poorly made and hardly any ingredients on pizza.Looks like need to make my own pizza…”People’s check your pizza before leaving store!.

Horrible. Pizza came thin crust poorly made supposed to be original. “wings” had the sauce drizzled quickly instead of tossed. Not even wings. Cookie was crispy on the outside undercooked on the inside. Garlic bread just tasted like plain bread. Tried to resolve the issue and never heard back from Chris the gm. Then they told customer service they already refunded me which was just not true, I have no email confirmation or record on my bank account of a refund. Delivery driver wanted to comment twice about how much food we had for no reason. Just unnecessary and bad, awful food and service.

The location doesn’t believe in providing receipts to their customers. I places a large order for delievery over the phone. I was told they are not able to Email me my receipt but the driver will have it. The driver refused to provide the receipt and stated it was supposed to be requested separately. I called the store, they took my information down in order to send me my receipt. Never got it. The next day I called back just to get yelled at by the manager telling me she doesn’t have to provide my receipt to me.

I get pizza here a lot and I’ll continue to. Service is reasonably good and reliable and I don’t have order mistakes often at all. My only complaint is I’ve never had a pizza cut (sliced) all the way through the crust, no matter what days or times I order. I’m always ripping pieces apart. Honestly I’d pay more just to get my pizza sliced, lol.

Everyone is always friendly. But the service there is horrible. Today I placed an order online. I thought it was delivery but it was pickup. My fault, it was only a mile away no biggie. I tipped two dollars knowing dang well it was gonna be chaos. And they did NOT disappoint! I got there, there’s two people in front of me. One finishing a transaction, the other waiting for a pickup like me. A man walks in and as soon as the cashier is finished with the first customer, she skips past the other and myself to help the guy. Like how did you not pay attention? She even said something to the other customer about her kid standing on a bench. Weird cuz if she paid attention that the lady was next in line, it would have never happened! I go home and called to get a two dollar tip back out of principle. It wasn’t delivery. And I got serviced last for a pickup sitting in front of my face. The manager tells me she has to write my name down and do it tomorrow because it already went thru. That sounds weird. But Okay. But then she just hangs up. No reassurance. No good bye. Good lord. Icing on the cake? I finally open the boxes of food and realized the trio sauces I ordered were not in there. So I had to drive BACK to the store to retrieve them. The whole thing was chaotic and stressful. If I had a suggestion, it’s be aware of everything in your store. And double check the tickets before handing an order over. The sauces came in a special box, I did not know that, but the people who work there do! They would have seen immediately it wasn’t w the order and to grab one so I didn’t have to waste a bunch of time and energy to get my complete order.

This ratchet location just needs to either close down or find new management. There is no structure. I ordered online and no where in the store is there a sign for orders placed online. There were people behind the register multi tasking so I had no idea who to speak to. I attempted to grab my own pizzas off the shelf and walked behind the counter. Nobody nothing to me. Finally after 20 minutes, I was finally acknowledged and now I know pizzas are labeled by name not order number. I noticed a few sanitation issues with pizza handlers or makers grabbing at their ear buds from their ears and then making pizzas. . I typically order from pizzas boils and I will be returning.

I made an order using the app at around 630pm, 4/7/23. It was for a zesty Italian trio pizza without bell peppers or salami, add bacon. The pizza came and was fresh, but missing pepperoni. After 15 minutes of trying to call, someone answers. They say they’ll replace my order. My order came at 805pm. The pizza was burnt. This is the second time that an issue happened. I’m not ordering from here again. I will be calling corporate.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza that tasted a little off…maybe spoiled pepperoni?? So called the store and they graciously sent another…but the driver came to the door swinging the pizza bag at his feet. He struggled to get it out the bag and I said why would you carry the pizza like that? I stood on my porch and opened it front of him and he said “this is how they gave it to me”….I threw it right in the trash after I took this picture. Never again.

When I went to pick up my pizza , there is a mirror in front of the office , so you can see where they are boxing , your pizza. This man took my money and then went to box up my pizza.He reached inn for the papa chinese with his bare hands. He did not wash his hands after taking my money and then touching my food. He didn’t even put gloves on. So now I’ve paid 30 some dollars for food that I will not eat.I’m going to somewhere else to order pizza where hopefully they wash their hands …. do better
