So, I dont ever remember being served/made anything bad at Pappa John’s on Woodlawn Dr in Baltimore but tonight that came to a crashing disappointment. Ordered the ❤️ shaped pizza because it looked good and I requested extra pepperoni and to my surprise it looked nothing like the advertisement nor did I have the extra pepperoni. Here is what I received and I will not be going back to that Store. Enjoy the photo. Oh yeah, take a look at the menu for deals and see if this pizza looks like what is being advertised?????? ♀️

The worst type of service from the manager. Rude, unprofessional, doesn’t care about clients or giving good customer service. Hangs up the phone on clients, etc. Delivery driver complained about making delivery based on stairs. If you don’t want to deal with home stairs then don’t work as a delivery person.

We ordered through DoorDash and instead of 8 pieces and 6 pieces was delivered when we called the manager he rudely said we should drive and bring it there while it was ordered through DoorDash. Rude and mean customer service

I ordered a 2 topping pizza and the large stuffed crust had probably two handfuls of toppings in total. It’s wild to pay $24 for a stuffed crust pizza that has this amount of toppings on it. The crust was flavorless and the garlic cup I payed extra for had a bonus free hair on the cup and sealed into the pizza box. No idea if the ingredients are better or not because there was hardly any there.

I used to HATE Papa John’s. I was Pizza Hut for life. Now it is all Papa John’s all day for me. Whenever I want pizza that is. I always get the stuffed crust with steak and green peppers. So much better than Pizza Hut stuffed crust. My girlfriend gets her own style Hawaiian pizza with chicken, she loves it so much. Apparently it’s all in the way the pineapple is prepared, and they do it with perfection. Today they showed me that it’s not only the pizza that’s perfect. It is the people too.
I have never been in before, I had the pizza brought to me every other time. Today was an interesting day to choose to go in. They actually had a system failure. Despite being super stressed out as all online orders came in at once, everyone was so polite to me and welcoming. There was only two people in at the time, and they gave me attention and answered all my questions. While I was waiting, a delivery driver came in, and she helped me purchase an orange soda for my girlfriend. One of the chefs there actually brought my pizzas out for me and put them in my car! I am on crutches, so I just pray for the kindness of strangers when I’m purchasing food stuff. Either that, or I get hot pizza on my chest. Well then, I’m praying it all makes it to the car, lol. Some places won’t even open the door for me when I’m carrying things. Another delivery was being made as I was getting in the car, and the driver/Chef said goodbye to me before getting in her car. This made me feel so awesome, the entire experience was a breeze. I hadn’t even eaten food yet! The pizza was amazing, believe me when I tell you that their sauce and crust has gotten so much better over the years. I wish that there were french fries, and a dessert that was chocolate chip and white chocolate mixed together, along with some ice cream. That would be my ultimate pizza joint. What we have, is as perfect as it can get.

Manager is rude – I ordered a pizza and it was horrible in taste. He basically said oh well and gave me attitude. I won’t be ordering from this location ever again and I don’t suggest you do either.

I got a refund because I saw the lady make pizza without gloves and long fingernails. Then when she reached over the dough to get the toppings her breast clothes went into the dough. I ask the young manager why? He stumbled over his words because he didn’t have an answer so he made up something that I did not understand. I am now turned off because if this is how pizza and dough for other things on menu is made, I just find it disgusting!

This is a cheese crust pizza from this store. Regret spending 35 bucks all together to get this. Papa John’s stop making ads and work on your stores and employees. Big companies are such rip offs. Have some decency you are serving Human!!!
