It’s really 50/50 if it’s going to be any good. Today we got pizza with no cheese the entire lower half of the slice. So veggies on bread are what’s for dinner.
Workers are always nice, but find a local spot instead.

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas. My pepperoni pizza was quite poorly made (see pictures), and didn’t even have crust underneath half of 2 pieces, so all of the toppings stuck to the cardboard…Yes they replaced my pizza, but at my expense to run back out for their mistake!

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and I’ve never once had an issue at this place. If you know how to use promo codes and deals with the app they end up being the cheapest place to order pizza. I can pretty consistently get half off the pice of my order plus you earn rewards on top of that. I will concede some of their limited time offerings have been less than spectacular but that is an issue with the company papa johns not this location. The food is always fresh and well cooked and the employees are friendly.

Genuinely one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The dough was barely cooked. The cheese tasted old and their was no flavor to the pizza whatsoever. Felt pretty sick a few minutes after eating it. Not ordering here again.

Food and service were not good today and this time, it was bad enough to cause them to lose our business. I spent $60 on pizzas and breadsticks for my son’s birthday and none of it was good. The crust was so tough we could barely saw through it, even with sharp steak knives. The pepperoni pizza had maybe 7 pepperonis on the entire thing, while the chicken/veg was so piled with toppings that’s really all it was. It was comical; the slices were impossible to pick up and eat, and the flavor was poor and completely unbalanced. The cheese was minimal and mixed in with the mounds of toppings, so it wasn’t possible to remove some of the overabundance of vegetables and meat. When we tried, we were left with nothing but tough crust, as the sauce was barely detectable. So poorly made! All 3 of the pizzas were basically uncut. There were only slight (and very uneven) indentations in the top of the cheese, and because the crust was so ridiculously tough,
it was time consuming and difficult to cut. Lastly, my 80 year old father stopped in to pick up the food for me, and the employees ignored him for several minutes. It wasn’t until an older worker (possibly a manager) appeared that he was acknowledged and helped. I feel it was all a complete waste of money and I will avoid this location from now on.

Visited on Super Bowl Sunday. Order was ready at my scheduled time of 6 PM. The location was properly staffed in order to meet demand. I was able to checkout quickly and the gentleman at the counter was polite. My order tasted delicious, I ordered the papa bites and the cheese sticks.

Ordered 3 pizzas 2 days prior to Halloween.
I went in to pick up at the designated time & my pizzas were not ready.
I was told to wait another half hr or come back.
I had guests at my house so I left came back half hr later & pizzas was still not ready!!!!!
Had to wait another 10 minutes!!
Not going there ever again!!!!!!!

Order from here if you want the driver to drive around with your pizza for thirty minutes when you live 7 minutes away. And of course the manager will blame the 50 degree weather on why your pizza is cold. There’s plenty of places and this one is always dead for a reason. Bunch of entitled brats.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received from any delivery place. I ordered the Cheeseburger Pizza and it came with no sauce, barely any cheese, and zero flavor. Also showed up room temperature with no heat at all. Delivery driver was very friendly. He should get every dollar I spent on this sorry excuse of a pizza.
