Had Papa John’s at a gathering haven’t gone to papa John’s in years. Tried, and won’t be back. Ordering Pizza, via Philippines, $25, from a local number? Quality not worth it at all.

I would give this establishment zero stars if able. While passing through severna park today, a Papa John’s delivery driver cut me off, almost causing an accident, while they were exiting the parking lot to Benfield Rd. Then proceeded to flip me off for the next mile after I honked my horn. This driver was driving a Red Nissan Versa. I proceeded to call the Papa John’s location to which the driver just left to report this instance to the manager. The manager on duty, Isiah, answered the phone and was very rude when I asked to speak with the manager stating that I was already speaking to the manager. Once I explained the situation, he proceeded to laugh at me. 100% do not recommend their pizza. Completely awful customer service!!! I hope this makes it to the owner or corporate or whomever because this is completely inappropriate and unacceptable! God forbid I had my child in the car!!

Didn’t get a chance to rate food. Called after pizza was 20 minutes late. Employee on the phone was rude and offered no explanation. The online order was put in at 3:00 for 5:15 delivery. Was told the wait time would be an additional hour. When I asked why that would be the response was “Halloween”. Asked to my order.

I walked into the store and ordered carryout. The guy working the cashier was very polite & gave me updates while I waited for my pizza. There was only 3 people (visibly) working but my pizza came out in about 12 minutes and it was delicious! The prices were fair & I would order again.

I give 5 stars for Papa John’s but zero stars for uber eats in this case. My order never arrived, but when I went to papa John’s, they fixed everything immediately. Don’t order Papa John’s on Uber Eats, but order or pick up your order. 🙂

Tried ordering and after at least 10 attempts still could not get it ordered correctly. After more attempts she got it right but told me 43 dollars for two large pizza. She stated I was not getting 2 toppings per pizza so full price on each. I thought 43 for page cheese pizza and large pep was excessive so cancelled order .I will never try again at this location as it was painful all the way around Good luck to those who give them a try be prepared for disappointment this is the 1st time I’ve cared enough to post a review ever on any establishment.

This is the worst store ever. For the first time I was ordering from this place because I saw an ad on tv for a free large one topping pizza with the purchase of any pizza over $12 by downloading the ap and putting in the words “better together”. So I did exactly this, ordered a medium everything pizza for $16 and put in the words and ordered the large sausage free pizza. I paid $16.96 with my credit card. The ap told me the pizzas were ready. My husband went to pick them up and was only given the everything pizza. They refused to honor the free large pizza and when we talked to the manager, Zachary, he was arrogant and basicallly said we either had to take the pizza or move on. He could care less about solving the problem. My husband demanded a credit and left. Awful.

Staff was nice, food was hot, and the place was fairly clean when I picked up my food. Garlic sauce, 11/10. Now that they have stuffed crust pizza, I tend to come here instead of pizza hut.

This place is a complete joke. They offered a 3-topping Large for $15.00. But because I didn’t put all 3 toppings on the whole pizza (i split the 3 toppings by half for my family) it was full price. It was actually less product for them to use the way I was ordering it. Done with Papa John’s, been going downhill for years. Pathetic.

The last 4 orders have been wrong. The last 2 orders I called about them and they send a pizza (30 minutes after everoone eats then we get the corrected pizza) store manger tells me to call and they will send a free pizza next time….I call they cant send it. I guess time to move to a new pizza delivery place.
