Last night, I placed an order for a thin crust pizza cut into squares. When I arrived my order couldn’t initially be located and once it was found, it had been cut into triangles instead of squares.
However, a young gentleman named Aaron or Anthony (unfortunately, I don’t remember his exact name) immediately stepped up to make it right. He remade the entire pizza without hesitation, kept it in the oven a bit longer per my request so it could be cooked more to my liking, and made sure it was cut into squares as originally requested. He also confirmed each step with me to ensure I was satisfied with how it was cooked and sliced.
Big shoutout to him for his patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service!

Overall was not the best experience. Their sauce tasted very sweet to the point it was like candy on the pizza. I ordered extra garlic cups and they did not deliver them. The cheese sticks were basically just a sauce less pizza and was the only palatable item I ordered. Overall service was okay as one of the employees did deliver the sauces after I called but food was poor quality.

I come here all the time but today will be my last thanks to JOSH R who claimed he was the manager. He lacks customer service !! I called multiple times after placing a order to make the change. Was placed on hold 3 times all in a span of 15 mins enough time for me to make it all the way to the location. I expressed that I had been calling multiple times and was placed on hold while trying to make a change. He didn’t care ! Told I would have to reorder the entire pizza after I had already paid. I simply asked for a refund. He was rude and I will never spend my money here again ! JOSH should be fired !

The worst Papa John’s experience ever. First they burnt my cheese pizza up and tried to send me on my way with barely any cheese. I had them remake my pizza right then and there. The guy told me that it’ll take 20 mins. Which is a complete lie, I know because I used to work at a pizza place. I told him, that’s fine, I’ll wait. They remade it and dude threw my pizza in the box and the cheese came completely off multiple slices of the pizza. Well, I brought it right back into the store and had them remake it again. Since they are making a conscious decision not to make it right, I’m going to sit right there until they get it right. I don’t care how many times they have to make a simple cheese pizza. They are going to make the pizza that I paid for correctly. I don’t give a care about their attitudes, either. Get it there and make my order correctly, clown. I will not be back to this establishment. This location needs to be put out of business. I will go to the other locations for my pizza from now own.

We called when our pizza was over 30 minutes late from the delivery time stated on the app ( we live less than 5 miles from the store), and were told “any minute now” and that the shop had no way of contacting the driver, which is bullshit. The delivery person arrived about 10 minutes later with a cold pizza and when I commented how late he was, he just laughed. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Save your time and order dominoes or pizza hut. My family orders from here regularly. Tonight was the worst and our last experience. Extra cheese not extra the pizza was super dry. Always request square cut they only follow the request 20% of the time. Then if you want them to remake it you have to wait another 15 mins for them to remake it. Ill just spend my money else where.

Disappointing experience with Papa John’s! Ordered carryout, but what I got was completely different from my order. When I called to report the issue, I was asked to bring it back for a remake or refund, which was already inconvenient (10-minute drive!). The staff member who handled me was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL – no apology, just ‘do you want a refund or remake?’ Not impressed. Fix your order accuracy and train your staff on customer service.

Horrible service in Reisterstown. I ordered a pizza on the app and for some reason sauce was removed from my pizza on the order. I got home and took a bite. Noticed there was no sauce. I called the store to ask i could bring it back and to be replaced because of an accident. The response was that there was nothing that could be done and I would have to order another pizza. So rude. It’s a pizza not a car. How rude to not replace a mistake.

This pizza was the second worst pizza I’ve ever had. The toppings were raw, and the pizza was nowhere near being cooked well done. I will never order from Papa John’s again.

This Papa John’s is absolute trash. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza at 7 o’clock and after an hour of waiting we called and the person we spoke with was really rude. She lied and said the delivery guy just left, even though we could see the delivery just kind of driving around town for about an hour. They lied again and said that the pizza was already delivered to an address that doesn’t even exist. Then lied a 3rd time and said that they “fixed the address and the pizza is being delivered”. Then the pizza showed up 20 mins later and it was, of course, the wrong pizza, cold, and misshapen. After trying to flag down the driver, I noticed his car was full of people who were clearly not employees. I’m not eating the pizza. It’s going in the trash. Complete waste of time and money and I will never purchase food from Papa John’s again. Papa John’s should literally be ashamed that this location even exists. Again, absolute trash place. How do you mess a pepperoni pizza being delivered (.6) miles away?
