Ordered because they were open late night and delivered. We’re not from here traveling with the army and fly out tomorrow. We usually LOVE papa John’s but tonight’s experience may change that. Our food arrived cold. The topping were UNDER the cheese and it look like they just slapped it together.. very unappealing and unappetizing. Something about the pizza had a SOUR taste… strange. We only had EIGHT of our TEN boneless wings. Even tipped the driver. I don’t understand why they’d even deliver this to me… ridiculous if I could give them 0 stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY LOL order from some place else

Walked in to order a pizza and there were 4 employees inside and not one acknowledged I was there. No one came up to take my order they were talking about there families. Only one person was busy making a pizza and the manager was sitting in the office and could see them sitting at the computer. Guess customer service doesn’t matter anymore. So I walked out after standing there for about 2 minutes.

I called several times because I had made a mistake with the pickup address for my pizza. The manager said he couldn’t find my name, but never asked for my first name. Later, the manager called me back, and when I told him I wanted to cancel the order, he just hung up on me. This is not how you treat a customer. Very disappointed with the service.

I basically waited in the parking lot for my meal so it was ready when promised and was definitely warm enough.
The only way you can mess a pizza up (other than wrong toppings or being cold being the most common).
My pizza wasn’t cut or divided entirely so the slices weren’t slices really and the cheese slid off the pizza. It was just a hot mess to try and eat.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 4:54pm. I realized time was steadily passing by , and my food was still not delivered. I called at 6:30, and was placed on hold. I remained on hold waiting to speak to a manger, and no one came to the phone. I hung up, called back, and pressed option two to track my order, and the message said “complete”. I paid $25.38 for one medium pizza , and a 20oz pepsi. I am 5 months pregnant. I look outside and my pizza is sitting on the ground, the seal is broken on the pizza, and when I pick up the box the pizza box is cold which means it’s been sitting outside for a long time, and I see an ant crawling on the box. No pepsi in sight. I’m disgusted, I feel disrespected, and I want a full refund. No one ever called to say my delivery was outside , nor did anyone knock on my door. I have a ring doorbell, and it was never rung either. Highly disappointed

Went in establishment to order. I watch the gentleman who was preparing the food Walk around the corner behind the wall and came back to prep area without any sanitizing or washing of hands. When Asked to wash hands he gave a nod with an “okay”and continue preparing food. I asked the teenager “ Manager ” the employee name, he gave me a false name of “Will”. When asked his name he denied.

I ordered 2 XL NY Style Pepperoni pizzas from this restaurant last night and let me tell you..as soon as I tasted it..I instantly regretted it. The dough tasted sour, the sauce tasted sour, and the pepperoni was sour. I have ordered numerous pizzas from this location on several occasions and this is by far the WORST pizza my family has EVER had! I will not order from here again! The only reason I gave them 5
stars for service was because of the swift delivery service and professionalism shown by the driver who waited for someone to take the pizza inside before leaving. Other than that, it was a HORRIBLE experience!

So nice. My pizza was delicious and I thought I ordered delivery, but my mistake-it was still set on pickup. I called and the manager was so helpful. It got delivered pretty quick. I give 5 stars . Service was excellent!
