We traditionally opted for a competitor due to a perceived price and service difference, but recently ordered from this place online and dispelled those myths. We were able to get just as good of a deal, their website was just as functional, their customer service was outstanding, and they’re significantly closer than that competitor, too: The only issue I had was that they were so close to home that I got there before the pizza was ready (it was well within the website’s projected ready window; I was not).

This was honestly one of the worst store experiences I’ve had.
The customer service was awful. They refused to take my order in-store and told me I had to place it online for pickup instead. So I did exactly that. I placed the order online and waited for over 30 minutes. After all that waiting, they told me they couldn’t find any order under my name.
I don’t understand how difficult it is to simply take an order at the counter and prepare it. The system clearly wasn’t down — I saw the employee ringing up orders for other customers right in front of me. There was no valid reason to refuse my order.
Overall, it was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating.

I only order when there’s 50% off deals (caps or wizards won/scored high) and only do pick up, so I can’t speak to experience with delivery. I order 30-40 minutes beforehand before I go pick up so I am in and out. In the short interactions I have with anyone there, they are attentive and polite. 10/10 when they’re not super busy.
I tend to order my pizzas well done because the supreme needs that extra cook time or the dough is slightly raw sometimes if it isn’t.

I have to start by saying this is the worst pizza I have received from this location. I paid a $5.00 delivery fee and tipped the driver in cash. I got a burnt pizza and ordered extra cheese, but as you can see from the picture, I didn’t get any extra cheese. I would have taken this pizza back to the restaurant if it wasn’t so close to game time. P.S. I didn’t see the pizza before my husband grabbed a couple of slices. It’s ridiculous that they would serve this to customers.

They didn’t cut my pizza and the shaq-a-roni pizza was 3/4 pepperoni-less. I called and spoke with some rude lady who said it was her who made my pizza and she insisted that she made it perfect. This happened 12 Nov 24 at 8:49pm. She refused to correct the problem. Please show this to her, whoever she is so she can see that she did a terrible job. How do you make a lopsided pizza?

This is my first time leaving a review. The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Why would someone work in pizza place if they can’t even cut the medium size pizza? Is the small piece for a baby? What about toppings? Look at how they throwed 3 layered pepperonis. Seems like they don’t want to work. Quality of $20 pizza is worse than walmart frozen pizza to me.

Pizza was cold, scantly topped and had a bad taste. Save your money and try literally any other company. I wish I had just run to the store and grabbed a frozen pizza over this garbage. I’m done with Papa John’s for good.

Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been to. Never gets an order completely right. I ordered delivery, and it took nearly 2 hours to get our food. One pizza was wrong. I called to complain, and they told me that they were busy and would essentially get to me. I drove to the store (which negates the point of delivery). The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, but it was half pepperoni for some reason. Instead of making a new pizza, they put new pepperoni on the other half and ran it through the oven again. So they gave me back a pizza with half-burnt pepperoni. Never order from this location! The good quality is awful. The employees don’t seem to care. The managers definitely don’t. Complete toxic environment and horrible experience everytime.

This place is always friendly and when doing carry out it’s very fast and fresh. Delivery sucks but the carry out option is awesome. Delivery takes over an hour and most of the time it was sticking to top of pizza box.
