Placed an order well in advance, and it never arrived. No call, no apology, nothing. This is what happens when you have Gen Z working—zero accountability, zero follow-through. Honestly, if this is how they run a business, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.

I just ordered 2 Pizzas For dinner from this particular location and normally everything is good but today it just looked like they rushed and didn’t even put any care and to making the pizza the cheese was just all over the place and whoever cut the pizza didn’t even follow any type of patterns or anything it just was zigzag all over the place as if they didn’t even care. I understand that people might have off days and they may be in a rush so I called in to speak to the manager and the guy offered a refund but I’m not going to refund something that we’re going to eat i’m not going to ask for free food but his attitude and the way that he treated me on the phone makes me never want to do business with that location again I would much rather order from somewhere further away and pick it up myself then I have to deal with that location very rude and dismissive I will never order from this location ever again.

I am disheartened and worried about my child’s health and future well being. I ordered a pizza yesterday and upon MY 4 YEAR OLD SON, eating a single slice of pizza, I saw that there was a DEAD ROACH COOK inside the pizza slice itself. My 4 year old child and I should not be placed in harms way with negligence towards hygienic and standard practices of cleanliness held by the PapaJohns. We only wanted to enjoy a pizza, we weren’t looking to create a problem or play victim.
This raises concerns for myself all other customers who eat delivered pizza from this location. Why were the storing facilities and or other practices that were in place to ensure a healthy and up to protocol food serving standards not met? How did NO ONE notice a LARGE roach INSIDE the pizza. Why was no empathy or general concern offered even by phone when discussing this situation with the manager. I am not angry, I am worried and uncomfortable with how this has been handled
I am asking that you please follow up with me and mitigate my concerns.

I ordered a carryout order through the phone. My order was a large pizza/ jalapeños, pineapple, pepperoni. I said I was gonna pay cash at first, but then after the order was placed a man called me saying I had to pay with card because they didn’t have any drivers so they were gonna send a DoorDash driver. During the call I asked if they could send me a DoorDash confirmation to which he replied saying “yes, they’ll send you a message”. Apparently the pizza was gonna take about 35 min but I never heard a knock so after an hour and a half, I checked and my pizza was there, it was closed with their sticker but when I opened it, it was missing a slice. They tried to make it seem like the pizza was complete, but it was noticeable that a slice was taken before closed. I called again but the store was close by 11. This is so unbelievable, and disgusting. I have no reason to lie or go back to this store. Please be careful with ordering at this store located at Aspen Hill. Date was Thursday June 23rd around 11:30 pm.

The food is HORRENDUS, one time i ordered a simple small drink and a small cheese pizza, there was a rat fried into my pizza, and dog legs in my drink.

Kinda bummed with the order this evening. Ordered two large pizzas which appeared hastily sliced (not well) and that was not the end of the world however, one of the pizzas had 3 toppings but it was a rather reserved amount? Just odd. We have ordered from this location for years and never had a complaint. Yet here we are. They tasted great just wished the toppings had been more even and slightly more robust

A fine spot. There is no seating, but I placed an order for a specialty pizza and the pizza was ready ehen i returned 16 min later… most importantly: my kids ate it. KaPLOW! That’s a win that didn’t dissapoint!

The store closes at 11pm but they lock the door at 10pm and can’t place any orders. Glad I wasn’t allowed to after seeing the amount of negative reviews this place has (cockroaches in their food) Don’t even bother ordering from here.
