I am sorry, I love Papa John’s it’s just this particular location is horrible. Every time I go, something is wrong. Two different times I ordered online and when I went to go pick it up they said they never got an order. The last time I went there they served us raw pizza, the dough was uncooked (photos). The only reason I tried this place so many times is because I love Papa John’s and this is the closest one to my house. The staff there is lazy and I will not go there again.

The food can be good if it’s made properly. I’ve ordered here three times, once my pizza was missing a topping, another time the garlic knots were severely burnt, and once the order was good. Below is a picture of their interpretation of a half pepperoni, half black olive pizza. I’ll also add that while in their store I’ve watched employees intentionally neglect customer calls and tell other employees not to pick up the phone. That being said, when I am in the store and interact with the employees they have always been extremely polite and friendly to speak to.

Delivery was fast but a kind sad experience. The pizza arrived with mid parts soggy crust, raw tasting mushroom, barely any pepperoni, and all the “extras” I paid for were almost nonexistent. It’s definitely become a thing that when u order through apps like Uber Eats, even though overpriced, u will be getting the most basic version of what you paid for. Not worth it.

Kind of frustrated. Ordered a bbq chicken papadia and for some reason they added green peppers to it. Not what I ordered and I only had a little time for my break so I wasn’t able to go back. Picked them off and it was ok after that. Just odd to add something that isn’t supposed to be there at all.

This location regularly does half off nights if DC sports teams had a good game (or if the Commanders played at all), which is generally the only time I order here. The quality is always decent, especially for that price, and they always have my online order ready on time if I schedule a pickup in advance. Our favorite pizza are the Hawaiian chicken and Ultimate Pepperoni
