The little spot with a BIG impression. The staff here know alot of customers by name. Everyone walks into a smiling face from a staff member that I trust. Frome the cleen kitchen to the Perfectly cooked pizza. This is my favorite spot to grab lunch.

I’ve lived in this area now for 4 years, and I’ve always had great service at this location, whether carry out or delivery. The staff have always been polite to me, which is why I don’t understand the low reviews. But I guess it’s to each’s own. I’m a dasher with DoorDash and had an order to pick up today but I had no hot bag for the pizzas. Melanie was the one to help me today. She was by herself at the time and greeted me when I came in. She was very nice! She asked me if I had a hot bag for the pizzas and I said no. When she gave me the order, she also gave me hot bag for the pizzas….I was so thankful!! I told her thank you and how I really appreciate what she did. I just wanted to give her compliment because this really made my day

Best pizza in Forestville! We had the large three topping for less than $20. thank you Antwan for the speedy delivery! 45 minute wait time quoted but got delivered within 30 minutes…around 5:30p on a Wednesday. Yum!

Throughout my time living in the area, I have never met a TEAM that has become a family to me. The service that they give is consistent and real. Mel is outstanding…she presents care and concern with a can do attitude that should make any owner or higher management proud. I only buy pizza from this location because I’m treated with respect and warmth. The staff is A-one #1- store appeal is clean and welcoming- The delivery team is fast and always check to make sure your good with the order before leaving. If you had a bad visit here…its because you came with a bad attitude and intent to complain. I will always support this location because they are still learning, building and accomplishing to be the best store in the area. This-Team-My_Team.

I ordered pizza from here on a Friday night. I didn’t realize until after I had placed an order it the estimated wait time was going to take 90-104 minutes. When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone insisted it would only take an hour. I decided to cancel anyway, to which she decided to tell me that I could have easily seen how long it was going to take before I ordered. (I ordered through the website not door dash, so no it doesn’t show the time until AFTER the order is placed). When I said sorry I didn’t see that until after I put the order in, she caught an attitude and said I wouldn’t get my money back for 3-5 days and then just hung up on me. Overly rude for no reason because I didn’t want to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza. Not to mention, I canceled within 10 minutes of ordering so it’s not like my pizza was already being worked on. That’s fine though, because I won’t ever order from this location again even if it’s the last place open.
