ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE. Just rude and rushed. Answered no questions, including about a coupon I was supposed to have that wasn’t applied correctly. When I asked if it was supposed to be on both pizzas he yelled at me “online order only”. I said it was an online order and he said “I don’t know, whatever it was, it was $11”. I asked for a receipt and the receipt only shows the total, no itemization. Also, starting January 1 they’re charging for packets of hot pepper and Parmesan.

For the fourth time in a row they’ve forgotten toppings. Don’t bother ordering extra garlic sauce. They forget those every time. Avoid this location.

The last 3 times I ordered carry-out pizzas from this Papa Johns I have been disappointed. I order a pizza with my favorite toppings and I then place an order for my husband with his favorite toppings. We both want extra sauce on our pizzas.
Guess what, for the last 3 times we have NOT gotten extra sauce on either one of our pizzas. 6 pizzas I have picked up and not a one with extra sauce. I don’t get it, do they not read the orders. I would be even more disappointed if I had paid extra money for it, and didn’t get it. Guess I will try ordering from Prince Frederick, and see if I get extra sauce from that Papa Johns. If not, then DONE with Papa Johns. There are other pizzas places to try in the Owings/Dunkirk area.

Brother ordered pizza from here last night. We didn’t even hear a knock or the door bell ring. Went outside and our pizzas were on the porch (it rained this night). I find it insane that anyone would leave food on a ground. Nobody even called my number. I called the store back they gave us two pizzas. The pizzas were prepped weird the second time. Ordered two pepperoni pizzas for some reason my brother was eating onions in his. It wasn’t even properly cut. This was dinner for children and I’m very disappointed. Will not be ordering from this papa John’s again. I order here a lot it’s just very disappointing. That someone would think it is okay to leave food outside on the ground on a night it was raining. We paid for the food and we expected it to be handled well. We trusted you with our food if you can treat the food like this outside the restaurant. I’m afraid of the food safety conditions inside your restaurant . Please talk to whoever the driver was Friday night 10/20 because this is unacceptable and shouldn’t happen to anyone else.

I ordered a long pizza and some wings. The pizza actually came with a chili that looked like it had been bitten. The wings came with a little bit of barbecue sauce. I will never buy from this place again. I was very disappointed and gave away my money…

We always order from here and never had a problem. The pizza is always hot and ready and fresh. The only thing I don’t like is to order wings because no matter how crispy you ask for them, they are always soggy. What we do now is order them with the sauce on the side and crisp them up at home in the air fryer and then add the sauce. That way we get them just how we like them.

I have never had a worse service experience from a Papa John’s in my life. Not only was my pizza delivered grossly late, but it arrived practically cold. I barely received an apology. Upon several requests to get contacted by management I was ignored, and every attempt I have made to call the store is left unanswered. In fact other than a hurried and inadequate response from the person who delivered my pizza, I have not been able to speak to another human being from Papa John’s about this.

Ordered pizza at 9:04pm and by 10:20pm I called them wondering what was taking my order so long. I called and one of the workers said the order had just left 7-10 minutes before I called and should be there soon. 30 minutes passed (now 10:55pm) and they said they didn’t know what was taking the order so long, “they gave it to door dash bc they were short on delivery drivers and he should’ve been there by now.” I understand things happen, just very disappointed that the store closes at 11pm and I had no way of getting my food as it was 5 minutes to closing. They refunded my money, but I didn’t have dinner to eat because of the mix up. With everything around me closing at 10pm, I went to bed without. I seem to always have a problem with this restaurant and it’s delivery but it’s the only one who delivers to my home. Very disappointed!

After placing my delivery order, my ETA was 40 minutes. Once an hour and 15 min had passed and the status still said 40 minutes, I called the store and they said that they were busy and had given the delivery to Doordash who hadn’t accepted the order yet. They also said that once the order was pushed through to Doordash then Papa Johns couldn’t take it back so the only option was to wait for Doordash or go pick it up myself. I had ordered delivery since my husband is traveling for business and it would be easier with the kids.
The fact that I had to go pick up the order was disappointing, but I was even more disappointed when I arrived and there was a delivery man chatting away with the cashier. It doesn’t make any sense that Papa Johns cannot take back a Doordash order unless the customer comes and picks it up. I also don’t know how long the pizza was sitting there, but we had a cold pizza for dinner. Definitely less than ideal. I have had a few issues before with deliveries and after this most recent, terrible experience, I will not be ordering from here again.
